you should try to upload same story with s21 ultra and then with an iPhone to see quality difference
thats bcz Instagram is not optimised for s21u.. but now they've finally started to do it.. talking about the camera, quality.. if you want to do post edits.. s21u is way superior than iphone

Hi, I have S21 Ultra... I dont know if u notice that the display color gets warmer like the faces in the videos and pictures faces gets warmer and kinda yellowish even when i tone it to cooler tone. Still gets warmer. I dont know why is that. Im strict when it comes to color so yeah. Besides the color quality display everything is percect.
Plus if you notice in NETFLIX some of the new Movies and shows gets dimmer and warmer.

If I understand her correctly, it was shot on the S21U though.
If that is true, then, we are left with 2 possible reasons for why it looks better on the mini:
(1) The mini is squeezing the photo into a smaller frame and giving us what seems like better quality.
(2) The more likely reason: The camera that she took this video with focused on the phone in the center (mini) and the one on the right better than one at an angle on the left (S21U).

Snapdragon version takes much better pictures than Exynos version. Which version is this?

Some testers have concluded that the Exynos chipped S21 ultras can take BETTER photos than the Snapdragon version but all seem to report that the Snapdragon versions are taking better low light video. There seems to be a silicon lottery scenario with the Exynos chips?. Some excel whereas some fall a little short in key areas?.
