I agree. People are miserable and want to make others feel the same. So shameful. We watch for both of them. And it’s obvious that Loren is the quieter one. And these people complaining would be complaining that they don’t say enough if we only heard what Loren has to say. It’s like they forget that they are a normal couple in a normal relationship. We all have a quieter partner in each relationship. But of course the people complaining are miserable lonely losers without partners so I guess they don’t understand. Lol.

I don't think any of us expect you to do anymore than you can. But the main thing is that you don't feel any pressure from having so many subscribers or commenters. Just being inspired by knowing and seeing you are okay is enough. I enjoy just even reading the inspirational comments from other viewers who have watched your videos. As well the interactions between viewers who offer each other support or encouragement as a result of your videos. That's a big thing in itself. This channel is so full of empathy and compassion and that's a really big thing. And it is because of you.
This is an important point (at least for me). I think, Sabia and Loren, you are normalizing something tragic and difficult and making people realize that even when the worst things happen, there is still joy and there is still love. Boundless love as people from all over the world are seeing in the two of you. It’s uplifting and lovely, and in the darkest of times, love can really help you survive. Thank you for that. Truly. It was so touching for me to listen to Sabia's father asking questions and inquisitive in knowing more about your RUclips vlog. I remember seeing him on your wedding vlog and he was taking pictures of your beautiful selves and I thought to myself what a good looking man with a kind heart. I was right. As I get to know you both better, I feel overwhelmed at times at the maturity, strength and intelligence you both possess. I am almost 70 years old and I do not have your strength or intelligence. I love everything about you two and thank you for sharing your lives with us.

My husband was killed by the boom of a larger forklift. The boom weighted upwards to 1,000's lbs. Or so I was told. No fault of his own like you Loren. It's a dangerous piece of equipment. He was hit in the head and died instantly. Your story gives me a warm feeling. My 2 sons and I would have kept him here no matter what. I wish he had had a chance to see his son's grow up. This will be the 28th year since his death. Wishing you both the best. ❤️

I agree. I know most people aren’t like me. I am older and live alone. I find it nice to find people on RUclips who tell interesting stories and share some of their daily lives. I especially like it when they look into the camera when they talk. Loren does that. Makes me feel like they’re talking to me. I feel less lonely. Just bc I watch I don’t feel I have the right to demand anything from them.

You guys are amazing. I've had 5 back surgeries. My spine collapsed in 2008 and I had a titanium cage placed from T10 to my pelvis and they told me I'd never walk again and yet here I am 5/9/21 and I'm still walking slow and sometimes in a chair but for the most part I'm still walking so Loren you are such an inspiration. All my babies are older than you guys so it does my heart good to be able to see such inspiring young people. Much love from Columbus Ga ❤

It seems apparent that Sabia came from two mature and responsible parents. They built a good foundation into her. Thus when disaster happened she ran toward the danger and not away. Loren had a wonderful grandfather whose grandchildren were the apple of his eye. All it takes is one person to make a child feel special. Someone that looks at a child with nothing but love.
Large heavy metal machine vs. human tissue = no contest. Machines do not need to be large to cause severe injury. My son's heel was crushed while driving a warehouse forklift (a tiny machine compared to the one Loren was injured on). All heavy machinery needs to be respected in order to avoid something as horrific as Loren's injuries. Not everyone would have the incredible attitude that Sabia and Loren have.
I know I wouldn’t have his attitude. I’d be like “this is the last straw! Pull the plug!”
Anyhow, you’re *_so_* right about workplace safety. When people ignore safety regulations, they are ignoring the fact that safety regulations are written in blood: a given rule exists because somebody - somebody’s child, sibling, spouse - was injured or killed _in that exact way._ If I were a regulator, I would be _merciless_ against employers who require or encourage unsafe practices...

(Also, it’s not just heavy machinery: I’m changing careers right now, training as an electronics technician. One of the rules at work is that eye protection is required whenever soldering or cutting wire. People say “oh come on”. Last week, during a practice test, I cut a wire, and the cut bit flew straight at my eye and bounced off my glasses. Never happened to me before in _30 years_ of me doing electronics as a hobby. Luckily I can’t see for shit, so I have to wear glasses all the time anyway. But if I hadn’t had them on, I’d probably have had a wire sticking out of my eyeball...)

It's interesting to hear about the complexities of putting out videos. Hopefully, it will make people appreciate your videos more, and the work and money put into them. It's great that you want to read all the comments, and hear them. But, plse, remember most people don't expect you to spend all day reading comments, esp. as your channel grows. It's not sustainable. Look after yourselves first. There'll be no videos if you don't.

I was my Mom’s caregiver for the last four years, (the last of which she became very sick with congestive heart failure).
Sadly she passed on April 19th and I was honored to be the last person to be with her on earth.
I’m still not sleeping well so I go to RUclips late at night. Seeing your life as such young people in a serious medical role of care is inspiring! I hope and pray for your well being and peace ☮️ ❤️💙

I was just thinking. There are so many young people today into drugs and a life style not worthy of life, so negative. Yall could be an inspiration to others, maybe to bring some appreciation to just how blessed they should be of life and having their limbs and health. Loren you are an inspiration to me and Sabia you as well. You are terrific at sharing what happens when yall are in the hospital and when Loren is sick with kidneys, pain etc. Keep up the video's as I think you both are pretty special couple
The "job" is done very well, beauties. What makes me so amazed is how it is a team effort...very important how well you two work together and work with gathering family members. Your integrity is profound. I love the "why" you do this! I agree with your idea around the merchandise...I want an apron and a tee shirt for those reasons. I like the community idea because heroes should be shared because we have to try to be heroes for each other.

My experience as a patient in a hospital with foreign exchange workers, is a rather large case of cultural differences. For instance, pain control. I had had appendicitis. My surgery discovered something very wrong was going on so they had to repair it. I was in the hospital with no previous history of painkiller addiction problems. The foreign exchange workers thought that we, as American patients, were spoiled. So when I would ask for my meds at the appropriate time, I found that I had to explain to those nurses why I was asking for the relief at the appropriate time. I thought about it for sometime during the night. We are fortunate here for a multitude of reasons. I learned that in some nations you might be more at the mercy of support staff who may not want to give you the relief you are allowed. Why? Could be just a large power play by someone who shouldn't be working in healthcare....or....they wanted to confiscate your pain control options for their own profit or use. So, my point is if comments from other foreign persons are nasty, it is to be born with the wisdom I think both of you seem to have. Your safety is all I worry about with regard to being "out there" in the ether! Overreacting or underreacting will be a challenge maybe. You have a nice family support system. You are blessed, loves. Please stay rested, eat healthy, and continue to bring the best out of each other!

Hi Sabia and Loren, I’m coming to this late as I’ve only recently found your videos ❤. I found this interview really interesting, Sabia you explained things really well and Loren you helped by clarifying about the type of fork lift you were driving at the time of your accident
(I actually thought it was the smaller fork lift - until your explanation, because that’s the only type I’d ever seen.) I think you are both so matter of a fact about everything to do with Lorens life changing event, that I actually find I forget what you’re both been through/ still going through because you are both so courageous ❤your glorious characters just shine through.
