This video illustrates how using integrated movement modalities, one can perform typical strength training exercises with weights/resistance, fpr example the bicep curl here. however the Integration Function will determine the details of the resultant shape, with the Yi (expectation) stabilized on curling the bicep under load.
For any given direction, there are complimentary movements that happen in addition to the perceived movement and power. These complimentary movements help to maintain Fullness (Peng) and Central Equilibrium (Zhong Ding) and Central Harmonies (Zhong He). The complimentary movements and the Chi mobilization pathways (JinLu) are responsible for the creation of the magic of internal arts.

NICE :)

Do you move the kettlebell through song or what is the difference between this and "normal" biceps curls?
Best wishes
Great question. The conventional modality of a bicep curl to me, is to maximally engage and contract the bicep muscle, to lift the weight, in such a way that it creates the conditions I'm hoping to, in the bicep (ex: hypertrophy) while using the rest of the body to create a platform, that stabilizes the arm.
The internal way of doing the "bicep curl" is to set/stabilize my expectation to observing the resistance being "curled" by the elbow contracting (Yi), but the active Song(ing) and the whole body changes (releasing, stretching, changes in fluid pressure etc.) that occur due to the Song(ing) interacting with that specific Yi, is what actually movess the weight.
So the movement and power in the latter case is "whole body coordinated/generated power" and the movement is integrated, full body movement (as you can see from the movement in the distal parts of the body).
Hope this clarifies.
@@bewholeyoga thank you for your good explanation 👍
@@AGK004 my pleasure 🙏🏼🤗
