Your blinkist ad is better than their stupid ads I hear on the radio all the time - some dumbass trying to impress a girl by telling her that “20% of the stars we see have planets capable of supporting human life” because he’s too smart to read books. … sorry, it touches a nerve. Love the video. :-)
I hope you understand what you've got here, dude. The videos you make are far more than just how-to-videos. Keep up the great work. I've been here since the beginning, and it's not because of the information, but the relentless attention to detail you have in your work. I can't remember who said it, but someone once said that 'when you work with buildings it's about centimeter, but when you're working with furniture it's about millimeters'. And then you have those you care if it's a whole, half or a quarter of a millimeter. You my man are definitely amongst the latter.
Awesome book that gives you step-by-step photos ruclips.net/user/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt and directions to make every day project. I can see myself making a few of these projects and giving them as housewarming and holiday gifts!
Of all the woodworking RUclips channels I watch, yours is the most entertaining. I think the “mock” stupidness is so fun and your woodworking skills are well displayed and shared with all of us. A very good job.
I just realized why I love your videos so much. You remind me of Nick Offerman. Down to earth, and a perfectly dry sense of humor which I resonate with!
Thank you a lot. I see this video 3 times and I take notes for my tambour door cabinets. Very instructive. I like your voice, because make the information to came smooth to my brain, for better understanding. And the subtle and funny jokes makes the video more captivating. Thanks again. You're a veeeery good teacher. Sorry for my poor english, I' m from Romania.
Material cost will for the most part be regionally based. So wouldnt be helpfull. Cuts would be useful. And a tool cost for special tools. But material cost not so much
I can hardly wait from one bourbon moth video to the next. Best woodworking channel ever. Don’t get me wrong I’m subbed to three but Jason nails it. Oh my gosh, next video the taste differences and quality of glues. Wood, school, glue all etc. the finer things in life.
I had to build extra cupboards for the kitchen and conservatory for the same reason. Still the projects my wife wants done are a good reason to buy new tools.
Without a doubt, this is my favourite RUclips channel of any genre... Period! Your work is skilled and professional but your narration is the best part of all. Keep up the great work and channel!
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again! You have the best woodworking channel on RUclips! Keep up the great work Jason… I’ve learned a ton from you! You’re a true craftsman! Keep it up brother!
One of my favorite subtleties in RUclips videos is when you-tubers use other creator’s designs/tools. Like you using the Katz-Moses stop block. Woodworkers supporting other woodworkers. So dang cool
I would imagine that a major furniture brand would knock off your design...it's that fabulous. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful craftmanship and design.
A tables saw incident in wood design, back in university, makes me idolize you all the more, every time you come close to a whirling blade, that is 'just doing my job,' blade.
Hej, I don’t comment often but I like your videos super much. Your humor, none verbal and verbal is soooo good 👍 and your work is very nice, keep up the good work.
I have had a tambour door project for my kitchen on my to do list for quite a while. Your video provided a whole bunch of techniques that I had been looking for. I think I now know how I am going to do the project! Thank you for the great information.
Beautiful! I don’t see the point nor like how they look, yet, even with that bedroom tone of voice so soothing and relaxing I watched 36 minutes and 28 seconds give or take a couple nano seconds. How the heck did you manage to keep me glued, or clamped? to the screen is beyond my comprehension…and I had a lot to do! But I figured I’d watch every second of how to make something I’m not interested in making so I’ll never make it, maybe.
I love love love your videos. You are so talented. I would love to make these, but at the rate I work, they would take a year. But then ... who knows? Maybe I'll do it anyway! Thanks for sharing your amazing talent and your sense of humor.
Man you're probably the funniest woodworker that I watched and I think you work and videos are awesome but sometimes I worry with the funny things you do. 😂
Love the tambour doors. The drop cloth you used, I’ve used them on the outside of my square drop trailer. I used the glue method you used plus a very good few gallons of exterior paint. It’s the poor mans fiberglass. It has held up for many years. I am enjoying your work. I like your voice and how you explain everything in detail. I hope that didn’t sound creepy.
This was obviously a labor of Love. I don't think I would have the patience to do it but just want to say it's amazing and I really enjoy your videos ya nut!. Have you ever tried paraffin wax instead of the Paste wax? I recently switched and it's amazing, my wooden drawer slides are smooth as butter. I bet it would be a great performer on your sliding track door.

I’m just here for the dad jokes
He’s also the only way I fall asleep. His smooth buttery voice with jokes relaxes from a stressful day
You are so right ✅
A lot of people can work to milimeters, I'm here because he can do, explain it and keep me entertained.
nobody ever said "when you work with bldgs. it's about the centimeter"

Brother never lose your silliness !!! It's what keeps us young
I appreciate that you build mostly furniture instead of jigs and benches and shop fixtures.

The high school shop teacher I needed growing up.

This channel is by far my most favorite channel on RUclips. I love doing woodworking and I've learned so much from him. Absolutely amazing.
These videos are great your sense of humour elevates the skill on show.
Suggestion. At the end of you videos, you should let us know how many hours it took as well as material cost. Would be awesome. Nice work.
well the Tambour router bits alone.. are nearly $100!
@@RGD-Games lol the nice looking ply he used for jigs is probably at least another $100 on top
Material cost will for the most part be regionally based. So wouldnt be helpfull. Cuts would be useful. And a tool cost for special tools. But material cost not so much
I LOVE the extra angle cut on the feet.
I’m speechless. Gorgeous design and workmanship. You are a rockstar.

nails it! ha!
Thanks a lot.. now my wife wants me to build them. Serves me right for casting it to the TV.
I had to build extra cupboards for the kitchen and conservatory for the same reason. Still the projects my wife wants done are a good reason to buy new tools.
This is one of the most interesting furniture builds I've watched in months.
Once again.... You nailed it!!! Entertainment, education, humor, tattoos, great beard! It's got it all!!! 🤘🤘🤘🙏
Your videos deserve to be seen by millions my man
Without a doubt, this is my favourite RUclips channel of any genre... Period! Your work is skilled and professional but your narration is the best part of all. Keep up the great work and channel!
These are great. Nice to watch on a Sunday afternoon.

Wow , you gotta be in a great head space to put so much time into a couple end tables. Outstanding. Your skills are beyond exceptional.
Jason, these are awesome, your creativity holds no bounds.

God has blessed you with amazing talent and skills.
Great video, funny to the see the DustRite box being covered in saw dust under the router table !!! Good One !!!
