Thank you for answering :) its not extreme at all, I can see my abs, but still I got some extra skin. Im on a diet and working real hard. I've seen people on Bodyspace been larger than me, and now they are more fit than me, so Ill try my best to look as fit as possible :D

here's my 2 cents. I think bench presses or even using weights for your chest are over-rated. I have seen a way bigger difference in growth and strength (and the speed of the growth) in my chest by just doing push ups in comparison to bench press. You also reap the benefits of indirectly working out other areas while doing push-ups like shoulders, lats, core etc. Im not saying using weights are ineffective, i just think push ups is the better way to go!

Steve Cook is all about showing us how he does things and not how you should do things. In the end he is just showing you his lifestyle and his ways of training his body. Not everything is about going heavy on lifts. Like he says in a lot of his videos, it is about the mind muscle connection. Who cares if he takes a lot of supplements? He has totally different goals than you and he wants to maximize his gains by supplementing hard and is fortunate to have the sponsorship that can provide him the supplements. In the end it is all about how you feel about your physique. Not what anyone else thinks about it because in the end it is about how you feel about your body and your lifestyle. You obviously don't watch his channel that much so that is why you are gonna get mad hate. You are commenting on all the wrong things as if Steve Cook would care about what you think about his physique and strength and supplementation...
