I love how Jack plays a variety of games. Great quality, relaxed videos. None of the weekly "This gun is broken in Warzone" that you see. The game play with the lads is always good for a laugh.
Not sure if you like horror games, but Fooster is an amazing creator to watch! Uploads a new video every 3-4 days, great quality and content. He does play alot of indie survival/horror games but he's definitely very unique and special imo This is my first jackfrags video but the constant warzone content is a turnoff.... sadly I think this will be my first and only video to watch

I really love Enshrouded. I think that having a crafted world with all the lore lying around is really a strong point of the game instead of going for the everything procedural. They have some work to do but I think it's going to be very good.

Palworld is fun to play, but the levels of polish and expansiveness on Enshrouded put that game to shame. But the mon-catching aspect of palworld definetly make it more popular, so it's a very tough competition, specially considering both games are also "survival/crafting", although both have their own ideas. I see Enshrouded as an action RPG following the footsteps of BOTW, with a bit more focus on the crafting aspect of it, and with an amazing house building system.

Yeah unfortunately. I've been anticipating Enshrouded for some time and never even heard of Palworld until it launched. I have no interest in Palworld. It looks like a cheap knock off survival game with shallow lore and no identity of its own. I just don't get the hype. I respect Jack for not buying into it.
Palworld became more than just a game. It became a vendetta against Pokemon purist, animal activists, and GameFreak for their low quality microtransaction riddled Pokemon games. Enshrouded will definitely be overshadowed because there's so much talk surrounding Palworld. I mean, Palworld is definitely good. An entertaining game will always be good because it does exactly what people want: be entertaining. But the way the discussion is moving, there has been more conflict than actual game feedback. The game will definitely dwindle in playerbase once the toxic audience latches on a new trend.

I’m on vacation this past week and I’ve been obsessed with this game. Building capabilities are simple but unique, lore is great, combat is fun and gets challenging over time and so far it hasn’t lost me yet! Other games get repetitive fast - we’ll see how it plays out in the following months! ❤

Palworld already 30x its budget to revenue so they are set to continue on making the game at a good pace. I wonder how all these other games are going to do or what ideas all of these are going to bounce off of each other.
i barely have time searching for work let alone everything while working but this game looks really interesting ive had my eye on it for awhile. definitely such a time sink though! anyways i like when you play chill games like this so maybe we'll more from you!?
That seems like a very full formed, well thought out game. The fighting looks fun and fluid and like there could be some diversity and tactics. Very intrigued by this one. Thanks for sharing Jack
This game honestly look very well developed with how the UI works for everything, the quality of life systems and even the combat looks fairly interesting for a game of this genre, ngl. Probably giving this a try!
Lets hope they fix the questing to player bound instead of server bound. If someone runs off and does a quest and you didn't know you'll never know and it will be completed for everyone.

Really wish Enshrouded didn't release the same week as Palworld. It's a very similar type of experience and it's unfortunately getting buried as a result.
It is crazy how so many of these new indie games looks so much better than modern AAA releases. It must be the art style and the bloom. Maybe it is the fact that the developers actually give a crap.

Games gives me TOTK + Valheim vibes with its own unique mechanics. Class variety certainly sets it apart.
Reminds me a lot of valhiem as well. Pretty much all the mechanics including the environments that kill you over time I recognize.

I use to play Conan exiles so I tend to see other survival & building games on steam, I guess this seems somewhat interesting, fun to watch
