    I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm a stylist too for 11 years and LOVE your work. I got so many great ideas from you and can't wait to use them in the salon!!! Please keep them coming. Thank you so much!

    Just had my hair done yesterday. I've been blonde of a couple years now. Wanted to have this look but didn't know how to explain how to accomplish it to my stylist. She ended up just low lighting my hair which looks basic and old lady ish. Crossing my fingers that it will wash out enough to try again but this time I'll do it at home. My stylist seems to have lost her edge and passion and feels like I'm going through a fast food drive through except the bill is $200

      Pomaika'i same here. My stylist is on her phone nonstop and she doesn’t seem so passionate anymore. Very annoying. She literately left my hair with these ugly orange, yellow stripy highlights on my dark/ medium brown hair. I look ill with this hair and more like a yellow orange squash. I tried chocolate brown color from Sally’s on a few strands but it looks red and ugly. Not sure what to do.

      I hear this a lot from clients. I didn’t know how to explain or I didn’t know the right terminology to tell the stylist what I wanted. It’s not you guys it’s not your fault. You should be able to bring in a picture of what you want and the stylist should be able to interpret that and tell you yes or no they can do it or not the problem is not everyone is good with color and not everyone has the experience or the vision to do and try different techniques to get out of their comfort zone to do modern techniques if they learn how to do hair in the early 2000‘s and they’re still stuck doing those techniques you got to get out of the chair

    I am doing this on a client soon who has a bob, so hopefully these techniques work well on shorter hair!!

    The result was really pretty and I like The music in the background very complementary to the process. The only thing I've observed is that you did not as you went along explain what you were using and even in the end when you mentioned the tone or you didn't give a number you should've said for example 9P or 9v, just saying

    So is reverse balayage basically just a longer root stretch?

    • @bitahaji6287
      @bitahaji6287 5 лет назад

      Is reverse balayage same as ambre?

    • @alexandriamangano5418
      @alexandriamangano5418 4 года назад

      Prettty much, I’d say because you’re free handing where the shadow goes so it’s technically balayage and it gives it the same look as using bleach on a client with darker levels!
