I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm a stylist too for 11 years and LOVE your work. I got so many great ideas from you and can't wait to use them in the salon!!! Please keep them coming. Thank you so much!
Just had my hair done yesterday. I've been blonde of a couple years now. Wanted to have this look but didn't know how to explain how to accomplish it to my stylist. She ended up just low lighting my hair which looks basic and old lady ish. Crossing my fingers that it will wash out enough to try again but this time I'll do it at home. My stylist seems to have lost her edge and passion and feels like I'm going through a fast food drive through except the bill is $200
Pomaika'i same here. My stylist is on her phone nonstop and she doesn’t seem so passionate anymore. Very annoying. She literately left my hair with these ugly orange, yellow stripy highlights on my dark/ medium brown hair. I look ill with this hair and more like a yellow orange squash. I tried chocolate brown color from Sally’s on a few strands but it looks red and ugly. Not sure what to do.
I hear this a lot from clients. I didn’t know how to explain or I didn’t know the right terminology to tell the stylist what I wanted. It’s not you guys it’s not your fault. You should be able to bring in a picture of what you want and the stylist should be able to interpret that and tell you yes or no they can do it or not the problem is not everyone is good with color and not everyone has the experience or the vision to do and try different techniques to get out of their comfort zone to do modern techniques if they learn how to do hair in the early 2000‘s and they’re still stuck doing those techniques you got to get out of the chair
Thank you so much for not editing too much and showing every step including the toning ! Very helpful!! I am doing this on a client soon who has a bob, so hopefully these techniques work well on shorter hair!!
The result was really pretty and I like The music in the background very complementary to the process. The only thing I've observed is that you did not as you went along explain what you were using and even in the end when you mentioned the tone or you didn't give a number you should've said for example 9P or 9v, just saying
Why do you weave? Btw, I enjoy your vids. I discovered you the other day and I think you're great! I'm a hairstylist too from Ca and getting back into hair so I need all the education I can get.
Great work keep it up! So glad I found your chanel. I too am I newly licensed stylist (two years) and I get so much inspiration, tips, and tricks from you. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Prettty much, I’d say because you’re free handing where the shadow goes so it’s technically balayage and it gives it the same look as using bleach on a client with darker levels!
Beautiful! My favorite you've done so far, do you have any clients that cannot have color on the scalp, but still receive a color service? If so, id like to see your method of doing this! Great videos!
I wish on my city (guadalajara) where stylist like you... two days ago I ask for a balayage and I got an ombre (californiano) soo mad so now I'm looking fr a way to fix it and I'm not sure who to ask for a really beautiful work like yours 😭 Congratulations
I love your work and techniques! Do you use shades EQ? And also if she was to come back in for a maintenance appointment, would you do the same thing if the darker pie have faded since this appointment? If that makes any sense 😆
Am I going nuts or is the music you're using from VMK !? I used to play that game a lot when I was a kid and this sounds EXACTLY like the opening music lol
really should of chosen music that was more upbeat for the backround sound hun. your video was great but it was putting me to sleep! lol! love the hair though. great job.
If I want to do the same but with dark brown color as I do not to stain blonde hair? si quiero hacer lo mismo pero con Castaño oscuro como hago para no manchar la parte rubia ?
+Dalila Vargas i didn't for this one. Matrix tends to be a warmer color line so I didn't really feel the need to add anything. She was also very warm to start out with.
Hi Lexi....can I pls ask what developer you used with your Demi base colour....and am I correct in understanding you used half 6n and half 8 n in matrix logics? Xx
Thank you so much for replying :)) Your work is truly amazing....I have learnt so many techniques and formulas from you. I love how simple and uncomplicated your work is and you always get fabulous results ....you have been a god send!!! Xxx
Maybe you had to use two bottles of toner because you used the chemistry shot applicator bottle instead of the regular applicator bottles that has 8 ounces
Hi Lexy, I think you should've protected your hands during all the process, you work with a lot of dangerous chemicals, they are absorbed through your skin hands and have secondary effects on your health. Take care😊

Great work keep it up! So glad I found your chanel. I too am I newly licensed stylist (two years) and I get so much inspiration, tips, and tricks from you. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
So is reverse balayage basically just a longer root stretch?
Is reverse balayage same as ambre?
Prettty much, I’d say because you’re free handing where the shadow goes so it’s technically balayage and it gives it the same look as using bleach on a client with darker levels!
Beautiful! My favorite you've done so far, do you have any clients that cannot have color on the scalp, but still receive a color service? If so, id like to see your method of doing this! Great videos!

Perfection! You make it look so easy, thank you for sharing you knowledge ❤️
If I want to do the same but with dark brown color as I do not to stain blonde hair? si quiero hacer lo mismo pero con Castaño oscuro como hago para no manchar la parte rubia ?
+Ana merc i would use foils and put each section on a foil and put conditioner on the blonde pieces.
Que color de tono uso en el procedimiento no hablo ingles 🤔😔
Sra Ana me podria decir que tonos uso que no entiendo aun el ingles
beautiful!
Using permanent color?
I honestly don’t like it. It still looks like a balayage with minimal highlighting job. Not attractive.
ترجمة ب فرنسيه وشكرا 😍😍
Very complicated
Brilliant vedio and explanation.
Bravissima
Thanks for sharing. Do you give your clients any discounts for them let you record the service or they don't ask for anything?
+Katieva Valerio no i don't offer any discounts for recording
Hello. Love this look! Did u put warm tones in the darker formula to fill??
+Dalila Vargas i didn't for this one. Matrix tends to be a warmer color line so I didn't really feel the need to add anything. She was also very warm to start out with.
Hi what brand and color do you used? What do you used after paint the hair??
Gabriela Yaggia I
Excellent work!!
wow...beautiful
what did you use to tonife the light parts??
+Noemi Salas Im not sure exactly right but I think it's in the video what I used to tone her with.
How long did you leave the toner in? And did you mix in shampoo or conditioner or something with the toner?
Noemi Salas opal glow and a little bit of platinum ice that’s what she says at 22:45 but I couldn’t understand the brand name.
Bee B Redken, shades e q

Thank you so much for replying :)) Your work is truly amazing....I have learnt so many techniques and formulas from you. I love how simple and uncomplicated your work is and you always get fabulous results ....you have been a god send!!! Xxx
👌
beautiful
what colour is that?
+Joy Yun I used 6n full and 8n full from logics by matrix.
Take care😊
super unprofessional, i regret watching it
sorry! but i do believe you are missing out on some good color tutorials!
