I have it for about a year. It needs constant, and I mean daily, head cleaning and it is a pain to unclog after 10 day vacation. Software is dizastrous. Prints are decent. But would not recomend it for once-in-a-while projects. When i get it running, i hope i have a 2-3 days of work for it.

I have 5 yrs experience with uv printers. All of these machines are based on Epson l800 printer and are total garbage. They will never work as expected with non-qualified personal. I don't recommend them to anyone, who want to print some stuff from time to time. They are waste of money.

Any uv printer can do uv dtf you just need the A and B film Fun fact uv dtf is not New they called it cristal labels 8 years ago the just renamed it to uv dtf because normal dtf took of but people have been doing it for years to Customize business supplies now it has moved on to the crafter area and people are coming up with new ways to use it but definitely not new and any UV printer can do it

hey im curious. did you have any issues setting up the software ? i did exactly what the instructions said. i got the Nozzle check print but when i went to print something the printer head moved but nothing printed. Now i get the red led light on my paper trash can button. Cant seem to that Led off

Can this printer do the 3 d nail stickers the one that comes on clear paper you can remove the stickers with a tweezer I don't know if you know what I'm talking about
Hey have you experience clogging with it? I ordered one and I havent been able to print correctly. The nozzle check is not perfect. The white lines are broken a bit and it seems it's clogged but since it's new I wouldn't expect to be so hard to do it.
I didn't experience any clogging when first using it. I have had clogging since unboxing. However, it hasn't been anything that head cleanings didn't fix.
@@CraftableThingsyou mentioned before cloggings happen often…can you do a video with the unclogging process. I am also looking into getting both a uv dtf and a dtf printer.

You could use some super strong magnets to hold it to the steel table. No need for tape.

It's very similar to DTF and the maintenance. I keep it away from sunlight at all times.

They are completely different, you need a machine for each product (dtf transfers for shirts and uv dtf transfers for hard products)

It is better to use distilled water especially if you are living in a hard water area.

I’ve read the at uv dtf is different than dtf so can not be used on shirts. It’s for hard surfaces.

Most of these printers come with a vacuum suction and there's no need to tape the film, maybe look underneath there should be a button

No it’s for hard surfaces. Regular DTF goes on shirts b/c the powder that gets cured onto it is adhesive that is heat activated
