I’m thinking that I was right and originally I did use bubblegum pink, but bernat blanket changed up their yarn colors, or the dye lots are just different! So what do I do next?
I say take apart the first arm, and use the correct color towards his body for both arms, then have an ombre affect going down towards the hands with the other pinks. I think that would look super cute, and almost intentional as well.
As a former Joann employee: hold on to your labels. It will tell you what shade the yarn is in and also what the dye lot is. If they don’t have it, they may be able to call another store and find it in the correct dye lot
As a JoAnn store employee, I can tell you that stores never carry the same dye lots. Always check the dye lot before buying and look for multiple skeins of the same dye lot. Also, side tip buy extra. It's always better to have too many skeins of the same dye lot then run out and not have the right dye lot. (If you order online, they will not send you the same dye lot either. Don't ask me why.)
Make both of his arms in a different colour from the body, so the arms match each other. I think the lighter pink is closer to the body colour and will look good when the project is finished.
The worst nightmare of a crocheter is realizing you made a severe mistake at the very beginning and the only way to fix it is by going back to the start and undoing weeks of progress.

I literally needed one ball of yarn to finish a queen sized blanket and the company discontinued the color. It was horrible

I always tell ppl to buy more than they'll need because u can always return the unused ones 😭
No arms, he's cute like he is. No one would ever know he was intended to have arms. He looks like a squish-alax.
Full metal snorlax- make his arm out of metal and tell everyone he lost in a bad alchemy accident
Make Snorlax a prosthetic arm and donate it to a child in a hospital that has lost a limb. It would make it a very special Snorlax.

the second one is the perfect one because of the yarn tail they match
I think the lighter shade will work best since it matches the original color better
He looks adorable and cute without any arms! ❤
It’s pretty cool of you have different colour arms. It doesn’t have to be the same being different is also very pretty
you can make a prosthetic hand
If you look close at end near the ear they match perfect! I think its the lighting you see. (It was definitely second one!)
He’s a shiny!!! It’s a fantastic snorlax!!! Any color will work 😁 keep up the good work!
You should do one light pink, and one dark and then same for the legs like a patchwork snorelax
Make arm darker pink and palm lighter pink 💗
