The people in NYC there's no lines in the corner store if you know how much something is you raise it up show the clerk drop that bred on the counter & be on your way😂😭💪🏾
Facts
Lol, Aye, you ain't lying. I'm from Indianapolis, and I was in a bodega, waiting in "line", and some dude walked by, held up the bread, put the money on the counter, then walked out. I was like, "This mf just cut me?" I was shitty, then two more mfs did it. Lol, I then realized it was custom.
Word!
Faxxx! Especially with my Arizona 😂 yktv.
Facts
LA - more Asian! NY - more European despite having both in both cities!
Also, LA is more Mexican and Central American while NY is more Puerto Rican, Cuban, Dominican and South American!
flip1sba
also a lot of white blonde girls in LA
Jon Lemierte same with NY the fact the city is more European influenced!
Blonde girls, take a look at the majority of Irish-Americans living there!
NYC has a lot Asians too tho a lot them go for school since NY had better education/schools and also there are communities of Asians
And New York is European it’s one of the old 13 colonies so I’m not surprise
There is a lot of black people in NYC
Aye, where my New Yorkers at? Ju' heard!
Here
Right here
Yooo
Yuh
Yo.
I love LA and live close to it, I love the mix of Latino/Black/Asian cultures and how they aren't necessarily cutoff from each other. It's not as packed as NY either, not saying LA is better, I am just more comfortable here :)
In nyc it's more diverse just trust me 👍
NYC is more diverse
whaha nyc is Way more diverse its not even close. been to la and nyc plenty times have familiy living in santa monica but la is one big illusion. they only have Hollywood, santa monica, long beach thats it everything else is a ghetto. la probably has one of the ugliest downtown i saw in mine entire life. even tho both la and nyc are huge international cities nyc is Just better by a Mile easily top 5 in the world, While la is somewhere around place number 20
+Dave jahoer the reason no one agrees with you is because you don't provide any facts behind your words...try again....
Clear from California I've noticed that there's a lot of animosity between blacks and Latinos on the west coast that just doesn't exist on the east coast.
With regard to the Metrocard, you should really talk about the Unlimited cards because if you are always on the move and commute a lot, it saves you money.
Forgot that NYC has the best Pizza
They forgot to mention that LA is known to have better food then NY over all.
@@7th_Colton not true, NY has better pizza(Italian food too), european and american food in general while LA had better Mexican and Asian food in general
Well, in the NYC area. New haven, CT has the best pizza.
@@7th_Colton said no one ever 😆
New York City isn't just skyscrapers and old tenements. It's also many homes and manicured lawns as well. In Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island even The Bronx.
Also the apartment buildings look different in each borough and area too
Some people don’t get that, real ny is the outer bouroughs too
The borough's tho
Not *even* the Bronx. ESPECIALLY the Bronx. Past 180th it’s literally JUST homes. I’ve had a large front and back yard all my life. People on my block have BOATS and wrap around balconies. 😊
I've been to LA and NYC and they're both awesome cities and they have their own special feeling to them I couldn't say which I like more they're both amazing !
I'm sorry but I was born and raised in NYC and you guys making L.A sound like my place to be. everything you described about L.A sounds like it goes exactly to my wife and I's style of living. think its time to move to L.A
Ppl from la think this vid is making NYC sound good lol
Foreigner.
Yess I thought they were just making ny sound so good
I was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland
NYC!!!!!!
I love my city
Anabel Solis concrete jungle, you already greatest city in the world 🗽💯
concrete jungle... wet dream tomato?
You should let me love on you
SHUT UP
@ok 01 They're just fronting being hard, because of that equally hard city life.
coming from someone who was born and raised in LA, its not very much like how they described it. It all Depends on what part of LA you're in.
No one can beat LA with weather i go to the beach during winter lol
Sesh lol that’s not necessarily a Good thing In New York we experience all four seasons
POLO winter sucks. I’ll stick to my 70 degree winters with minimal rain. If we want to experience winter it’s a 2 hour drive to Big Bear mountain, if I want to party all night in the dessert I’ll go to Indio for Coachella. If I want to go to the beach it’s available 335 days out of the year. We have the world at our fingertips here in Los Angeles.
POLO like being stuck in your house because of snow storms? I’ll pass. It’s all preference anyway. You do you bro.
POLO were debating which coast is better on a 2 year old video 😂. I needa lay off RUclips.
James Son Sounds boring I can do all that in the Spring & Summer .. y’all can’t even have a full Christmas experience 😂😂 not to mention no school when it’s a snowstorm💯
LA= Highly Creative Experimental easy-going People. Also, More Emotions.
NYC= Highly Conservative Work-Oriented people. More Cold.
In Psychometric Terms-La: Openness to Experience; NYC= Conscientioussness
Both are needed
You guys didn't even go to queens or Brooklyn in this video. That's the real New York
But tbh Manhattan is the sorta the main of NYC coming from a queens kid.
i live in queens
facts. both place sucks
But like queens still good
But true Manhattan is like the main place where people would go to
I have never yes but why not Mexicans in the type of walking and no matter $22 will never pay for your drinks. Wouldn't you agree?
"People in NY don't care as much about being healthy" Lol idk where you've been hanging out
Only the hipsters in Brooklyn care, they are just a small demographic of NYC.
sayjai bao and not even native to NYC...
Word do they know how many Whole Foods there are
I don't what people in New York do at home but when they're out eating (which is often), they don't care what they eat.
Bro if you ever lived in California for at least a year you would already know that we are all grinding 😂💪🏼, but you guys have some good food 🔥
Wait, some people don't know there are water stores?
Yea.... I've never seen one in NYC
Me neither!
I know right lol I have one the next block over 😂
From NY and never heard of water stores until this video
In LA your typical water store is owned by any Asian. (BTW Im Asian so no hate)
Having lived in both cities, this is very accurate. But you do look like a tourist wearing your New York hat. Get a Yankee hat instead or something. Fun video btw
Yankee gear says I'm a NEw Yorker. But Mets gear says born and raised in Queens so you have a choice.
Bro I’m here from California and now we might move to New York, I’m gonna be the one working out during winter 💪🏼😂
I've lived in la most of my life I visited New York for 3 days and I fell in love New York is the best place on earth hands down it has a vibe to it la feels fake and boring New York is alive u feel free no one is watch u I can express my self I love New York
Meanwhile the people who live in new york hate it lmao
Dvnní Xo nah my guy I live in NY and no place can compare
@@radiationjason9063 Care to tell me why? What's so good about it? Lol
Dvnní Xo Birthplace of hip hop, lots of cultures from around the world meaning it’s a melting of different people, a bustling place where there’s always movement, beautiful skyline, rich history, some good places to eat, there’s literally anything for everyone. After leaving to college I even missed the rats and the garbage in the subway. IGuess it’s also cause I’m from the Bronx too
@@radiationjason9063 Yea all the sounds good in theory but actually regular living I feel is different.
like Los Angeles better
I more of an L.A guy
LA for life
And most people who live in New York City don't live in Manhattan they live in Brooklyn and Queens . It ain't just the Upper East and Westside, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Harlem, Midtown. it's also Flatbush, Brownsville, Howard Beach, Springfield Gardens, Riverdale, Forest Hills, Carona, Flushing, East Tremont, Castle Hill, Tottenville, Park Slope, Rosedale, Parkchester, Kew Gardens, Sunnyside, Throgs Neck , Bayside and on and on. It ain't just Manhattan.
Thanks for this comment,, I get tired of people only mentioning Manhattan... Adding to what you said, there is also:
Kingsbridge
Grand Concourse
Marble Hill
White Plains Road (Bronx)
Washington Heights
Spanish Harlem
Sugar Hill Harlem
Inwood
Morningside
Lower East Side (mostly uptown manhattan)
All true.
But you have to remember, they're not New Yorkers. They're glorified tourists who have brought a transplant mentality to their version of New York.
Those are the safe places no one wants too get rob
@@Thebrothaisback the other boro's are nothing like L.A., but have life to them, good transportation, stores , is walkable etc.... The neighborhoods I just mentioned used to have a lot of life in them.... And each was different than the next
@@Thebrothaisback also people like to visit those places because of the art deco and beauty in the neighborhoods
Went back to watch an older video for fun. You guys have made so much great content over the years
Got the subway bit wrong. Cost per ride is indeed $2.75, but anyone who regularly takes the subway has a monthly unlimited card. It's $120 and that's you transportation cost for the month, you can ride as many times as you want at no extra cost.
What about express busses tho?
habibbi alikafe i believe it still covers it, i’m not entirely sure because i have a school metrocard
Good info I will take a note of that
Oh really?
NY ALL DAY BABY!! Born and raised nothing like my city man
@@mgee3383 Tupac was born in NYC Google it :)
I love LA
This video gave me as well as everybody else a good insight differences between the LA and New York City! Especially if people are traveling to either one of them. It gives them an idea on what to expect and not be surprised. Can't wait for a lot more differences between those 2 cities! Please come up with a whole lot more if you can! Thank you.
L.A Water has alot of Chlorine and NYC Water is High Quality Clean
Rek Evence “false” without evidence to prove it.
Vanderox same can be said about the guy who wrote the comment
@@Risky2k9 It isn't false, we have some of the cleanest tap water in the world.
Vanderox there is evidence that proves it.. there’s signs by some faucets (like in my school) thats were made by the EPA (i think i forgot) that inform whoever is using the water that it’s some of the cleanest tap water in the states
La has nice water it's filter
I always laugh when people from NY say they get to experience all 4 seasons. So do we! it's called Big Bear and Palm Springs. Both are only about an 1 hour and 30 minute drive from LA. Tons of snow in the Winter. You're welcome.
Lol you don’t have to drive to see all four seasons in New York.
I'm from NY and your right, it's snows in parts of CA. I saw it while driving trucks from north to south.
I've lived in NY for 10 years and I so much love this comparison lol.. Super fun.
Hey FungBros! Love your channel and heaps of support all the way from Fiji
Yes i been waiting for a video like this.
It's a rivalry as old as time; East Coast vs. West Coast. Thanks for sharing!
West coast Los Angeles California gangsta rap won the game. Unsurprisingly and unfortunately! Truest relevant OG!!!! 1000%
Loved the video! You guys forgot there is basically no AC in NYC- if you want one in your bedroom you have to buy a window unit. I was very surprised by that when I first moved here from Florida. Also, could you guys do a video on the difference between Manhattan/Bronx/queens/Brooklyn? Or a tour of Central Park? Or tips on moving to NYC area? Those are just some ideas. :)
Love the energy! Keep it up
Love you guys so much !
That New York accent was more of a Boston accent
I think the way they said "coffee" is more Long Island.
no I think it was more new york
I feel like to be more of a Boston accent he would need have really shouted the "Aye" hahah
More of a New Jersey accent
Boston accent would be more like "cAHfee" whereas the accent they used was "cAWfee".
I grew up in New York and now I have lived in LA for the past 12 years. This video is on the mark about both cities. Yell, in NY, we yelled all the time. No one pays attention to people yelling as it is a common thing.
YES!!! Sequal!!! :D this was super informative
This was great!!😄
Being from L.A. your details of it were quite accurate in my opinion. 👍
One is an overpriced Florida and one is just overpriced
Clay Soggyfries Best comment XD
Are you really comparing California to Florida 😂? If anything Florida is a Walmart Louisiana with a Gucci belt💀. Florida is 💩compared to California
Love the put together! Just started visiting L.A. and I'm already super in love with the place. Been to NYC a bunch now and it's my #1 as far as city-love goes, but L.A. is the place I'd like to see more right! Great video!
You videos are so fun, great and informative. Plus you two are so cool !
Good video but you left out the most important thing.
The weather.
LA is nice all year round and New York freezes in winter.
It was tackled.
No you just ain’t watch it
ny=timbs vs la=vand

what else? I'm really interested lol
+mrolliepoper timbs
Great video, thanks
Pretty solid comparo, guys. Nice job.
U should also film in Queens. 😄
Yea they pretty much ignored the other 4 boroughs when filming this video
+Cheryl lin I know right. Its like ppl think NYC is only Manhattan. 😞
+Cheryl lin exactly 😭 I'm sitting in my little Queens house, waiting for them to even acknowledge the existence of my borough
Well, they already moved back to Seattle. So, too bad.
Levis. H Spiderman would have to swing from the palm trees lol...
I lived in NYC for a month before, and I experienced every differences u guys said on the vid. (I like the pace but I'm really not used to the yelling.)
I love your videos so much I never thought I would like it. I thought it would be like the other vids but then I was fascinated 🤗
Love love love this! Do more cities! ☺️💕
great summary. NY all the way!
Fuck NY
@@edgar-vt5qi no YOU
This is SO superficial! In other words, not a great summary. We two Angelinos spent 10 days in NYC last summer. BORing! I have no idea what 10 days in the winter would be like. NO thanks!
Your LA accents made my day
Another really cool video guys :) Keep it up! Ganbare con todos!
This video was soooo dope and you guys are too ...thanks for the excellent video ...plan on visiting both New York and LA this year ...I think I would be more of a New York chick lol
Dope video! I just visited New York. Its brash, in your face and has an attitude (you need a set and have patience)
I haven't been to LA yet. Heard its more chill and laid back.
I currently live in Dubai. You guys have to visit here!
We hate tourists here in NY
Clearly...
We don't "like" tourists because they get in the way sometimes. We're very fast walkers hahaha. You should visit on weekends in the colder months. Can't blame a city with over 8 million people lol.
People in New York work out before work or after work or during their work lunch hour. It does exist!
Great video!! The new york accent killed me jajaja "cawfee"
The hustle part is so true. I'm from NYC and for some reason I always have something to do and someone to see, I'm literally booked and busy
New York all the waaay!!
Los Angeles is where it's at !!!
I love it. Do more!!!!
Lol the accents were so on point. Love it!
l'm representing Brooklyn..NY
Killer Jean Canarsie BK in the building! 🗽
I represent Brooklyn here turrrrrr
i represent south central LA
Bushwick
I'm representing queens NY
Newyork where we at?
I’ve only been to la once but I love it there the food is amazing I love the weather and the beaches are so fun
Make a part 2 this was a good vid
This video was dope
I'm in Boise, Idaho. Why am I watching this video :/
RUclips tryna tell you to pack up and move pick a city lol
LMAO
I am in Montreal, Quebec lol.. was thinking about moving to LA or NY
I feel like if I live in New York I’ll have to wear a sweater under a jacket everyday on my way to work
Yes NYC is so cold in winter.
NYC has super hot summers and super cold winters
this is one of the better NYC vs LA vids.
Was fun to watch~~ 😻
i've never been in LA but when i was new york there everyone just walked around
New Yorker considering making the move to L.A. Video was very informative. Just subbed!
I lived in both cities. I love both for different things, but in the end I prefer NYC because of how easy you can commute to work. In LA if you relocate, its a lot of money if you're trying to live near Santa Monica for work. :X
There's a train that takes you to Santa Monica from downtown.
yah should do a part two frfr
Greetings from the Philippines. :)
kababayan hahahaha

I like LA and NY. I've visited LA couple of times and I have never been to NY, but I love the pretty lights especially in Time Square. That's my favorite part in NY. I'm not sure that I want to live in LA or NY so I have to do pros and cons of those two cities. But now I'm thinking about moving to NY. If I do I want to live close to Time Square if there are some simple descent apartments over there.
this is an amazing video
Great energy! Love the vidz... get a podcast going and stream make that residual income.
I chose LA, whose with me (if you disagree you don’t have to comment sometimes nasty)
Bum ass LA 🥱 y’all wouldn’t survive a couple hours in NY
Bruh i just noticed andrew is the face of the statue of liberty in the thumbnail
I enjoyed this. I found it very helpful. If I end up pursuing a Master's degree, it'll either be in LA or NY.
this was the most accurate as i live in nyc well done😂😂
new york= donald trump L.A.=kim kardashian
So LA wins
Don't insult my city like that 😢
New York= Wutang L. A = drought
+Mauricio LA = NWA
+Bebop NY=Nas and Jay Z
I loved visiting NYC but I wouldn't live there, it gets pretty expensive and crowded. Beautiful city though :)
Adam Tan Vlogs yea Long Island is the best place to live in NY
Haven't been to LA yet,
but your accents had me crackin' up!
From your description, LA sounds like a place where I could live, as long as the ground don't move.
Aaron Creagh I mean...we’ve been waiting for “the big one” in terms of an earthquake so...if you do come to LA just be mindful of that.
This is dope
That Barbell Brigades shoutout at 5:00 like if you watch JKNews!
Thought i was the only one who noticed
Anybody else see that little shoutout to barbell brigade ...... I love JKFILMS
Yes!!!! Bart and Geo! The beaws :)
When did that happen?
when they were talking about gyms in LA.
love the fang brothers
i need this coz its my first time visiting NY and LA and im a health freak and calorie freak so I have been researching about healthy foods and workouts in both coast and this video is so helpful:-)
Wuss poppin 🅱
Fung Bros have already moved to Seattle right?
I think so
Yes
Yeah, but nobody really cares about Seattle.
Seattle is the largest city in the Northwest wtf
That's hardly saying much
this concept was really cool
Respect on the content you guys put out. You all need to check out the CHI in the future. We got mad flava here too...
I thought you guys left nyc for Seattle??
Bronx Reppin
good job 👏🏼
I just love everything about this video
