How did the Times Square Naked Cowboy not make the list? I'm not even from NYC, but that dude is iconic, he's plastered everywhere.

On November 16, 1999, Howard Stern, the popular Shock Jock radio show host (along with his co-host Robin Quivers, who does laugh at Howard's jokes), had The Naked Cowboy on, with George Costanza/the voice of Duck Man (multi-talented actor, Jason Alexander). Stern was kinda like (Erich) Mancow Muller from Chicago, ILLinois (the Midwest area) and Don Imus ("Imus in the Morning," the "Don Imus Show"), Rob Bartlett ("Imus In The Morning"), Opie and Anthony (Anthony Cumia & Gregg Hughes), comic Nick DiPaolo, Sam Roberts ("Opie & Anthony," "Not Sam Wrestling"), Jim Norton & Sam Roberts show (with guests like comedian Patton Oswalt), than these other polarising political radio personalities: Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly (The O'Reilly Factor), Sean Hannity, The Drudge Report, Tucker Carlson, Ann Coulter, Alex Jones (Info Wars). I would have added Larry Wright, a subway street performer; a Bronx/BX native who created music by beating on 5 gallon (plastic) paint buckrets. He was featured in the 2011 short documentary film, along with Larry's wife Sonia; it was called "The Yellow Card." (credit: Wikipedia)

Back in the old days before the existence of the internet, the porn stores in Times Square and being approached by a pimp trying to promote one of his girls

I do your definition of "subway surfing" whenever I am in a train, bus or public transport (including ferry). I am certain this is not just a New York thing.

I love this video, it’s very interesting. I’ve never seen a vid like this about New York. It seems like a insider to me😊 Good information and authentic. There are things I’ve never heard before. I think I have a better impression of New York now 👍 I think only a few people who are really interested know this or New Yorkers them selves.

“Subway surfing” is riding the outside, hanging off the side of the train.

From what I know, the vapor you see is steam as older buildings received steam from other buildings rather than having boilers in the building. Don't quote me on it though

Cabbies talking about kay-boppy? Oh! Those cabbie’s love their Kay-boppy! They’ll sit on their hoods and say, “NO!, I’m eating Kay-boppy! You know what?! This Kay-boppy is the most delicious Kay-boppy you would want to know! Now go away! Go buy Kay-boppy and leave me alone. Please leave me alone this Kay-boppy is so genuine you don’t need to drink how refreshing the vital vegetables are so refreshing… so refreshing! Go away already lady!”. The cabbies don’t even drive people around anymore. They just comb their hair back and eat Kay-boppy and sometimes nuts just chillin. They’ll park their cab and woosh right pass a person thinking that they’re on duty. They get paid and the job is very lucrative. It’s a hard job to get tho because it’s on a time-limit. You keep your driving record clean and your good! You got cool hair and a good driving record? You’re good! NY cabbie life so cool!

Delancey Street McDonald's, next to a subway train stop = Waffle House (East Coast style); an Off Off Broadway play: Live, in Real-Time (a TMZ/Tik Tok-grade viral video clip). "Shakespeare in the (Central) Park." There is an old school song from 1987 called "Delancey Street" by rapper Dana Dane. Dana Dane has ties with Slick Rick ("MC Ricky D" who created the track "La Di Da Di") and another Human Beat Box (as in The (late) Fat Boys' crew member), Doug E. Fresh, with his Get Fresh Crew.

I'm laughing New Yorkers are taking bus loads of illegal immigrants in their sanctuary city and that their NYC mayor is willing to pay residents of NY to allow them to live in their house.
