Snow Lake Packraft, Alpine Lakes Wilderness, WA - July 2024

Beautiful packraft on Snow Lake, living up to its name in early July with lake ice, bergs, waterfalls, cliffs and amazingly clear water!

Nice but is it still snowing in July up there, is it cold in July not summer ??

It was in the 70s...this is all winter snowpack melting. There were people swimming. Living up to its name!
