So, I would say B (19), but since we don't have any extra rules, the answer would be C (20), which in my opinion is why accounting can be easy or super hard depending on parameters.

Hi Richard, great videos helping me to understand numerical reasoning, do you know what kind of numerical level they have in VA airlines CSA assessments ??
I think it is because 1-(1/3) is equal to (2/3) so 40 was (1/3) of the 120. In order to get the answer(2/3), he had to multiply that 40 by 2 because (2/3) divided by (1/3) is 2. Please correct me if I am wrong.
@@iBluTV Correct! That's the one exercise he got wrong. I'm not sure why he thought he needs to cut zeros. Had the original measurements been in mm, and the question was to give the result in cm square, then yes, 2 zeros had to go from the result.
for the Q21: in the 1 until 100 we can devided it into 10 sequences in the 1st sequence we got only 1 = 4 in the 2nd sequence we got 2 = 14 and 24 there is 8 sequences more so the answer is 1 + ( 2 * 9 ) = 19

Hi, i thought the same , (500 cm * 200 cm) + (100 cm+ 100 cm ) = 110,000 cm2 as per area calculations method of area in cm2. se below Find the area of a rectangle in square centimeters by measuring the length and width of the rectangle in centimeters. Multiply the length of the rectangle by its width. If the rectangle has a length of 10 cm and a width of 5 cm, the equation is: 10 cm x 5 cm = 50 cm2. Find the area of a triangle in square centimeters by measuring the base and height of the triangle. Multiply the base by the height of the triangle and divide by two. If the base is 6 cm and the height is 3 cm, the equation is: (6 cm x 3 cm)/2 = 9 cm2.
(500 cm x 200 cm)+ (100 cm x 100 cm) = 110000 cm2 I tried it on a calculator too also a rule of algebra (cm x cm) = cm2 but on the video you did 100 x 100 is only 100? Which is wrong since it’s not that, I think you did 100 x 1 by mistake?
Hi Joem, Thank you for your comment, you got most of them correct! Would you like to have another go at question 21? We would love to see your results!
on question 20 could you not look at the amount of places after the first number, and realize a number can either be in that position or not, so every number has 2 possibilities and there's three positions so 2 X 3 = 6 then times that by the total amount of numbers. so if it was 549123 you would do 5 X 2 to get ten then 10 X 6 to get 60? If this doesn't make sense I can try to explain further.
Thank you for your answers. 100% correct. Would you like to subscribe to my channel so you don't miss out on any new content? Your support will be highly appreciated!😊
Q18: Your answer is not optimal as it requires more calculations in your mind than needed. With your answer tester has to find out what is the length and width for each small rectangular. The more simple answer would be to calculate the big rectangular ( 300x500) and smaller rectangular which is missing from the big (100x400). Substract the two and you will get result. This is a little bit more simple.
Take another look at Q6 and see if you can get B as the correct answer. Also give Q16 another go and see if you can get 11 as your answer. All your other answers are correct for the other questions good work! How did you find the video?

Hi Richard, great videos helping me to understand numerical reasoning, do you know what kind of numerical level they have in VA airlines CSA assessments ??
What the right answer for Q19? And can you pls put the numbers with the formulas, i didnt understand Q18 so well. Thanks
Because he is wrong...
480,000m^2 Split into two rectangles solve the area for both. L*w and add both
It should be 440000m2
Thank you for this!. This video is very helpful .
Glad it was helpful! Please would you subscribe to my channel? I'd appreciate your support. Thanks!
you should say whether it is calculator or not in the question, can't say many people can divide 1149 by 186
6. C, 10. D, 16. 11, 19. 2,300m2. I really enjoyed your lesson. Thanks! >>>>> In Q2, how did you get the "2" that was multiplied with 40?
i did not get that part too!
I think it is because 1-(1/3) is equal to (2/3) so 40 was (1/3) of the 120. In order to get the answer(2/3), he had to multiply that 40 by 2 because (2/3) divided by (1/3) is 2.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Is your question 19 is correct??
6.B
100 x 100 = 100cm squared?
500 x 200 = 1000 cm squared?
That one was not well explained.
Hi Jeremy, which questions are these referring to, please? Thanks
I think he is referring to Q18
yeah it made me think too
@@jaboneteianphil3312 corret answer is 110 000 cm²
since 100 cm x 100 cm = 10.000 cm² and not 100 cm²
and respectively 200 cm x 500 cm = 100.000 cm²
@@iBluTV Correct! That's the one exercise he got wrong. I'm not sure why he thought he needs to cut zeros. Had the original measurements been in mm, and the question was to give the result in cm square, then yes, 2 zeros had to go from the result.

for the Q21: in the 1 until 100 we can devided it into 10 sequences
in the 1st sequence we got only 1 = 4
in the 2nd sequence we got 2 = 14 and 24
there is 8 sequences more

Q. 16 = 11
Hey, thanks for your answer :)
Thank YOU. Passed my numerical aptitude test with GSK today. Hopefully I pass the rest
Awesome, well done :)
7:44 - Number 2 is tricky because 1/3 as a decimal is 33% so it appears as if it's asking you to work out what 33% of 120 is. Confusing to see that you just divided 120 by 3
Its 1/3 of total means 1/3 of 120, not 1/3 of 100
Q18 ) i thought it would be 110000?
Hi there, thanks for commenting - how di you reach 110000?
Hi, i thought the same , (500 cm * 200 cm) + (100 cm+ 100 cm ) = 110,000 cm2 as per area calculations method of area in cm2. se below
Find the area of a rectangle in square centimeters by measuring the length and width of the rectangle in centimeters.

Q.6 Ans). B
B is the correct answer I am looking for with Q6, good job! Have you had a go at the other questions within this video?
Question is: 225
on question 20 could you not look at the amount of places after the first number, and realize a number can either be in that position or not, so every number has 2 possibilities and there's three positions so 2 X 3 = 6 then times that by the total amount of numbers. so if it was 549123 you would do 5 X 2 to get ten then 10 X 6 to get 60? If this doesn't make sense I can try to explain further.
