Can you please explain number 19 further. We have 15° in 360 turns of a clock a day or you meant half a day??
I see it as a 360/60 to get how many degrees the hour hand changes per movement. There will be 15 movement by the hour hand from "3" to "6". Multiply (360/60) by 15 to get the answer.
How Q 21 can be A that is 390. When hour hand turn from 3 hr to 4 hour it rotate only 30 degree.
Dammit, I need a paper sheet to do those calculations. I can't do it instantly like a real skilled mathematician.

Question 20, full turn is 360 degrees and in a clock the total hours are 12. 360÷12=30 degrees so from 12 to 4am is 4 hours, so 30*4*3 equal 360
