  • Hi, I’m Ross Clarkson, HKSC, I’ve been in the Film and Television industry for 35+ years.
My experience ranges from shooting news in Australia in the '80s to directing commercials in Hong Kong and China in the ’90s to being Director/Director of Photography/Camera Operator for many Feature films/Commercials in Hong Kong, Thailand, Canada, the United Kingdom and Bulgaria. I’ve worked on 60+ films to date. I have also written 12 scripts to date.
Welcome to my new series, this is not about equipment reviews but about the different aspects of filmmaking. I want it to be informative and educational for those who want to learn more.
You can see some of my work at: Rossclarkson.com
You can ask me about Directing, Cameras, Camera Operating, Lighting, Sound, Editing, Scheduling, Budgeting (I use Movie Magic), and any questions you may have.

I have subscribed. Also I really like the idea of this series, there is so much to ask, but for one question....Which movie was your favorite to work on?

@@rossclarksonHKSC Can't make enough time for that, college, etc. But maybe if your following videos could be you answering these questions in the comments, that would be great.
