Good video, thanks. The guys at Amazon who invented the "AV Sync Tuning" slider obviously had a sense of humour though ... what a total waste of time and effort that was. Doesn't matter where you move the slider to, the ball still pretty much hits the paddle in the same place! Just involves endless trial and error and hoping for an improvement. Re-booting the stick sounds like a plan though.
I have found the slider to work for me on mine it does make a difference when I adjust the slider.
Where is this slider that everyone is talking about? I have a Fire TV that I purchased in 2021 and I'm having the same issues with the audio and video not syncing correctly but I don't have that option on my settings for the AV SYNC OR the AV slider in my Audio settings. Is that option for the newer version of the Fire TV and how can I adjust it?
My audio settings doesn’t have the same options. Thank you, restarting worked, my remote still has some delay. It’s my experience overall commercial abuse has taken over all networks and apps. then offer an exorbitant fee to stop it. Have you got a fix for that?

Thanks for yr reply . The audio qas working fine and still works on TV live and Netflix etc . Only one app I use +3 yrs will all channels including different countries. Germam Swiss etc . Only audio not working..yr video is grwat btw. Shares ❤

I have no advanced audio only Navigation sounds surround sound and AV sync tuning?
I think the options differ from Firestick to firestick and also TV.
My Fire stick ect was fine. Now App loading and playing perfect now Visual fine but NO volume on any stations with this app.
I have another works fine .
Any ideas ?
If you have tried all the suggestions in this video and it still doesn’t work then your next step is to report the issue to Now.
The Surround Sound Option is greyed out for me, it always is stuck on Dolby Digital Plus. Cant Change that.
Same .. can’t get any sound to my studios
I can only assume your TV or Surround system supports Dolby Digital Plus which is superior to surround sound and therefore the Fire TV Device goes to that.
My remote works the TV but I need it to work the reciever as I'm using it for surround sound,can you help me please?
Unfortunately I haven't got any experience with Surround sound systems, if anyone can help please feel free to post.
@@cwtek1 sorted, I had the TV sound out set on Bluetooth but it was connected to the receiver via the HDMI/Arc so switched to that and the remote worked the receiver volume (the firestick is connected to the receiver to... Thanks anyway, great channel 👍
