Great truck. Picked up a 91 Squarebody Crewcab Dually back in June. In the process of cleaning it up too. They are fun. Can't wait to see finished product
Those generation Chev & GMC fullsize crew cab pickups are very rare nowadays, but the regular cab ones on the other hand I still see on the roads sometimes.
That is a gorgeous truck I have an 88 4dr 2wd Sierra classic GMC dually black w red interior red body line strips w stainless steel wheel covers I want to add full length diamond running boards Lund viser over the windshield a just put 4in diameter chrome stacks just behind the cab in the corners of the box with the turnouts aimed half way out and half-way back like the big rigs I was a semi driver for over 40yrs ANYWAY LOVE SEEING YOUR BEAUTIFUL DUALLY ENJOY IT THERE A GOOD HANDELING PICKUP TRUCK WELL HAPPY NEW YEAR AND ENJOY YOUR NEW RIG.
Definitely! Plan right now is to swap in an old 454 that my neighbors have just to keep her cruisin, LS down the road. Seats are for sale as well as running board. Tool box too.
I found a 1983 c-30 real clean truck with a diesel engine, what you guys think about that its listed at $4,000 dollars but don’t run at the moment possible engine problem
I bought mine running with engine problems for $3500. Depends on the body and what you want to do with it. There are nice ones out there that run just fine for under $7500. Cheaper than a motor swap or rebuild.
Yeah it was a tough decision. I had two Chevys at the time and couldn’t justify rebuilding both. I rebuilt the K20 instead! Wouldn’t mind having another C30 in the future…
Gonna ask a question very few camper special know. Name one thing that made it a camper special....I've seen it, but I bet these boys on the bandwagon have not a clue.

YES!!! Long live Squarebody Duallys!!!
Gotta love the cab lights on a square body crew cab! Awesome video showing the whole buy process. One way flight and drive 'em home are the best!

I have the 1975 Chevy C30 crew cab and those seats would look great in it but I need to wait.
Your Pulling off all the good shit on the exterior 😅

If I were close enough, I'd buy the bug deflector, running boards, visor, and toolbox off you for my 82 dually.
Do you still have the running boards?
We just bought a 1983 Silverado C30 3+3. Hardly any rust. We will sell the flatbed and replace it with a box with dually fenders. We are excited!
Wow. Great find! Enjoy and happy travels!
Your crazy if you mess with that truck
I am looking for one of those visors for my dually lol
Barn find is a term often used to disguise the actual origin and condition of an object. A lot of times it's overused.
I was wondering if you still had the window visors and the bug guard and if they were for sale
I just started one exactly like yours. I'd be interested in any parts you are getting rid of. I live in OKC. Thanks

What about the front spoiler? I’m interested?

Where are you located?
How many miles is on the rig
Are you going to put 22s on it
I’d put the running boards back on in a heartbeat
I have a 1985 just like that
No wonder I can't find any square body chevy crew cab duallies. They all leave New Mexico.
Do you still have this?
Unfortunately, no. Sold it after discovering it would need a rebuild
@@MyCarGuyChris damn. Sucks to hear. I’ve got a crew that’s about it’s turn. Love watching videos on others.

Imagine the cost in fuel today vs then
make a k20 video
Perfectly timed comment! Rebuild kit came today. Got some go fast parts for it too. Doing the Sniper EFI as well.
Sniper EFI is garbage, use an Edelbrock 1407 carburetor.
Since you want to take the windshield visor, bug guard, toolbox and running boards off you need to take your brain to the crusher.
