Great video Art. These M8s are a bit noisy that is for sure, and this is a great list of things to check. My 2019 Roadglide is usually good after the warm up and some throttle, still have a bit of top end tick, but nothing terrible. I'm putting $ to the side to do a cam chest upgrade this winter, should help with alot of that. Great stuff man, and appreciate the video.
Thanks for your comment. I always pay attention to the “tick” when engine is started as after 30 sec it should kinda disappear. After oil get hot chatter is a bit louder for sure. After FM installed Stage 2 on Softail with adjustable pushrods engine actually get a bit noisier when hot which was a bit surprising but I adjusted my ear to new sound after while and kept on going. With Stage 2 I left my cam plate stock never had any issues with it but I would go with new set up if I would go with Stage 3 or higher as this is way more stress on the whole engine.
@@RidersUnited pushrod should fit in the lifter cup and rocker arm cup as mine do,? except on the rear cylinder the rod touches the pushrod tube where it goes into the head. This is after a Feuling cam chest kit install. All new, on a 2014 RK cvo 110. Just looking for ideas

Why do pushrods touch the top of the tube?
Pushrods touch cam and rocker arms not tubes.
