I love your video Matt. Well done to you and Sophie. I am a saints supporter from. Australia and your video has me hooked on the championship league! Incredibly!! Go the saints!!!!
Any fellow Leeds fans who think Farke should be sacked need their head testing. Done a superb job with this young group.
Was gutting to leave Wembley after a loss yesterday, but we are the perennial underachievers, so I always put myself in place to prepare myself for it.
We go again next season.
As long as Oxford go down,it's criminal they got promotion after finishing 10pts behind Bolton.
The 24/25 Championship season will be wild
Pompey Fan, more than happy with mid table, need to establish ourselves in this league.
I'll be happy just to stay up, after 12 years away!

Qpr fan view Got to agree that we should do better than the bookies expect as Cifeuentes has got us playing some good flowing football I think we will be top 10 . Proviso is how long we can hold on to the manager for as I expect him to be tempted at some point in the season .
Play like you did against Leeds and you'll be top 6!! You were brilliant on that Friday evening.
When is chair going to prison?
I have a feeling a relegated team might be sniffing around him he'd be a good possible replacement for Kompany at Burnley.
Top half finish for sure if you keep him though.
You must have been top eight since Xmas
@@tanyajacobs9974hes on a suspended sentance
I think Leeds United fans would rather finish 7th than in the playoff again LOL
Yep we would 😂😂
Ummm hell yes lol I can't take the heartbreak of another playoff loss
So true lol MOT
Danny Rohl is one of the panelists for the Euros kudos to him.
Hopefully he will be tapping up some players from influential people.
Considering that his previous boss is the new manager for Barcelona, there maybe be a chance for us to get some young players from there. We’ll have to see.
I don’t think Cardiff will go down, I expect another mid table finish tbh.
Oxford United to do a Sheffield Wednesday to stay up
Looking forward to another great season of coverage on this channel, keep up the solid work Matt
I get the impression Matt you seem surprised to see QPR where the bookies have put them I believe we are a higher team I reckon Top 8 ,
If you look at the last 12 games we played last season it is probably a top 6 finish. Of course it depends on who we get during the summer. We only have Anderson, Chair, Cook, Dunne, Field and Frey on contracts at the moment. We don't know if Chair will be available, we need a goalkeeper, a striker and who will take Willocks place? If we can sort all that out then yes, we could be in the play offs, otherwise it could be another hard season for us.
Talk sport one bloke says Leeds going down to league 1 does he know Anything about football 😂
This channel is so underrated I dont see any others who make as many amazing videos about the second to fourth tier I’m very surprised it isn’t much more popular but I’m sure it’s going in the right direction love your videos!!!
So long as Watford and Norwich don't go up - 2 incredibly over-rated sides
If Middlesbrough hold that squad together I think they may be an auto.
Sureeee
Matt can you fix the Swansea City badge by putting a white background on
I woke up for this 💪🔥🔥

Indeed it is. I much prefer it to watch Gloucester, Sale, Saracens etc.
*watching! 🤪
Hoping for a top 10 for Wednesday.
Surprised at derby and Sunderland’s odds I think they’ll be lower.
Swop coventry and West Brom for top 6.
Oxford Blackburn millwall relegated.
Leeds Burnley Coventry promotion.
Sunderland will have a better season than the last one and wouldn’t be surprised to see them in the top 5 next season
@@ianoo23 why is that?
As I see it, They have one of the lowest wage bills for players and I think they've been punching.
Saying that Coventry also but have invested well.
@@Wawaw738 it’s a hard division to predict and some big clubs in the championship this coming season, they can’t all be promoted and someone has to either underperform or have a shocking season.
Just a hunch that Sunderland may get it together next season
Sheff Weds to finish in the play off positions.
Luton Town Automatic Promotion
i like Plymouth - appointing Rooney is a massive mistake - would be amazed if he lasts the season
I think it's a good appointment he's got past history in the championship
If Plymouth can strengthen their squad they will improve on last year.
I just think Rooney trade's on his name , he's a crap manager who should start learning his trade in league 2
Rooney hasn't got the grey matter needed to be a manager
Rooney was terrible everywhere he went

I could be wrong but I fancy Sunderland to have a much better season next season and I’d have them top 6
you are one of the few that think Plymouth will escape the drop , Plymouth are one of the best run clubs , with supporters that can equal any club , Wayne Rooney has a blank canvas , something he has never had , could well and truly prove all his critics wrong . coincidently I reckon you got that one about right
Plymouth Argyle stunning move, appoint Wayne Rooney what they are thinking? most of peoples seeing that drinking habit Rooney is allready failed manager , but i guess that how it goes when you have Big name in football u can get managerial jobs one after another im not saying that Graeme Souness Bryan Robson and Steve Bruce didnt achieve anything as manager but mostly it was failure.......
Don't, Like, Middlesbrough Shafer, go, down MTB Leeds go up Yes 😅
Excited for the derbies as a Sheff Utd fan having Leeds and of course the infamous steel city derby. UTB ⚔️ ⚔️
Excited until about a week before then you know you'll be bricking it and wish there wasn't 1. Best game when you win crap when you don't.
Leeds aint going to win it if they keep Farke .. the man has no idea of how to manage a game .. a man who thinks that tactics are little mints
You think Leeds will Farke it up again? 🙈
Luton will go back up. They play some nice football
I have seen your last channel and I know what the problem is the fact recently you put bookies on some of your channel like bookies predictions you tube is cutting down cos it relate to gambling pull down all your video regarding bookies that why you been taken down Kevin a Leeds supporter here
As long as sheffield united, norwich, watford or burnley don’t get promoted I don’t really care who does
im a bristol city fan, i think that the prediction for us is quite poor, we did end the season in very good form, going 7 games unbeaten, apart from then losing 4 nil to stoke city, i think we will continue this run into next season, and im hoping for playoff possibilites next season, (SIDE NOTE) The only prediction which i like is cardiff city being relegated :)
Good video BUT you sure do go on & on & on maybe yell try to keep it brief otherwise good video! 👍
If QPR retain Cifuentes & the nucleus of our squad, in addition to getting some Eze money, I think we’ll have a better season than mid-table.
Not sure about Leeds, we are going to lose some key players in the transfer window without a doubt. We need DF to stay though, I think he will relish another crack at promotion. Can see Sheffield Utd doing well, Wilder committed to staying and they have some good young players as well. Burnley are going to lose Kompany so that will cause them a few issues. Championship is a better league in my opinion, Prem has the usual big spenders who always take the top spots, and even the Prem are looking at binning VAR which we don't have in the Championship. Going to be an interesting season again.
I will not try predict Championship until mid-July at the earliest as so many things will change until then. There's no way to predict anything else than that Leeds, Burnley, Boro and Luton will be up there imho. Everything else is up for grabs more or less. Takes too much courage and any early prediction at this level will fail imho. There will be some absolute gems up for grabs July 1st and will be interesting to see whom have made their homework.
Champions: Sheffield Utd
Promoted: Leeds Utd (2P) & Burnley (PO)
Relegated: Blackburn, Plymouth & Oxford
Dark Horse: Portsmouth
Dark horse??
Portsmouth will stay up, hopefully top 6th
@@garymane1843 Portsmouth will probably go up. They will do what Ipswich did.
Very optimistic to put Sheff Utd to go up as champions given the lack of support the managers get in the transfer market from the owner. Sheff Utd posted a club record loss of £31.4million recently and have a points deduction hanging over them. However, while I don't think Portsmouth will do an Ipswich - they will more than hold their own.
@@Abornazine new owners coming in shortly apparently.. with them telling the club to not use our option to extend ben osborns contract think we're expecting some money for transfers is gna be there I wouldn't put us in 1st though probably in and around the playoffs while the new team gels because it's going to be a big team change it seems so will need time to gel and settle
That's a good looking league! 10 former champions,4 runner-ups. 12 fa cup holders,8 finalists. I want Plymouth to go up because they never played top flight.
Oxford will surprise a lot of people. They have been in the old first division as well as the old second division. They always played good football and can mix it with the best. Anyone who knows football will not predict them to go down, only bookmakers and media.
To be fair Cov beat them 6-2 with a relatively weak side and they're only being predict top half so it's most likely going to be peak for Oxford.
@@Callon1177 They had lost their manager in Nov 2023. When Cov beat them in Jan 2024 it was a transition period. They are a tighter unit now with a local boy turned coach. Bolton beat them over a month ago 5 - 0. Oxford then gave them a footballing lesson last week. I will guarantee when they play Cov next season it will not be 6 - 2.
middlesbrough only need a couple of players and they are smashing top two if they play like they did in the last 12 games or so
I only saw them against Leeds and Hull in that period, thought they were pretty bad in both games
I don’t know they are similar to Coventry class team but have bad patches that cost them
1st Leeds

Good prediction
Oxford United are staying up!!
And so will Argyle. I am surprised Wednesday are backed. They need to show some more initiative before I have them out of the bottom-6.
You should be embarrassed celebrating promotion after finishing 10pts below Bolton.
I reckon WEDNESDAY is a great bet 😃💰
Tough season yet again
can't wait for this championship season!
I dont think Wednesday will struggle, but we really have no idea what the team will be. Of the starting line up in the final game, only Musaba, Johnson and Valentin will definitely be at the club next year, and another 6 have been offered contracts.

TW MY OPINION
Luton, RB Leeds 49ers, west brom, Hull, Norwich and Coventry. Heard it here first. COYH.
Some predictions I have
Leeds get auto promoted
West Brom get playoffs
11th-14th will be Preston, Bristol, Sunderland, and Swansea
Millwall get 16th
Blackburn and Oxford get relegated
I think Burnley, Coventry and Middlesbrough will be promoted
Great players like Thomas-Asante 😂😂😂. Just because he is our top scorer doesn’t make him one of our best players.
Hoping for a good season from Wednesday as we have let George Byers Reece James and Ike Ugbo go.
Bristol City going from 11th to 19th after a summer window with Manning and a young squad getting a year better is very strange. Bottom half would be disappointing let alone 19th!
As you point out, it is very early to be making predictions but bookies have to be offering odds... I was glad to hear you point out the vast improvement in the form of QPR since the New Year, which was when Marti Cifuentes' tenure finally made a difference. Since then the squad had been far better in defence (it could not have been worse); had adopted successfully a new style of play (largely involving the same players too); and started winning games for a change. I think we were one of the 3 sides 'in form' at the end. So, I do think the bookies prediction of a 16th place is pessimistic, but much depends upon the summer shopping for a new striker (as like Cardiff we had no player in double digits I think) and replacements for those who depart. COYRs! Hoops & Dreams QPR Forum
Derby fan. Top half finish will be a great season, mid table obscurity and a stable club.
Need some good transfers in and injury free players!
What are Derby’s finances like? I think if your books are good you’ll have a good season..
Leeds first? Don't make me laugh. They never managed 2nd with the squad they have and they cocked up the playoff final too. Now they're on the hook for a huge pts deduction if they don't balance their books, they now have to sell 10-20 of their most valuable players. They'll struggle to finish in the top 6.
How can anyone predict at this time of the year, July, maybe.....
If we (QPR) can retain Cifuentes then I fully expect a better season next time around.
Financially we are still hamstrung by FFP fines that we’re paying off, the stadium obviously isn’t very big and revenue is poor compared to many others in the division.
We may lose Chair to the Belgium clink, though I feel that won’t happen, and a few others contracts up and possible leavers, we need a new keeper and a striker who can get into double figures for the season would be nice, but Cifuentes is the key person at Loftus Road, if he stays then we can really build on last seasons great escape!
Good vlog as usual,,like your unbiased opinions,,,think Wednesday will finish at least top 12 this coming season Danny has some decent German connections so hopefully he’ll use them ,,not sure how Rooney will fare at Plymouth but the bookies don’t seem impressed,,Leeds will want automatic after yesterday’s woeful performance,,good luck to all teams ,,,oh apart from the blunts 😂
Burnley winner
Leeds Preston and Blackburn down
That would be the perfect season
10th QPR
A little surprised they have Derby to finish higher than Bristol City, who incidentally have signed one of their best players in Max Bird and the board have stated they expect to sign a 9, 10 and wide player, going into this summer a little more hopeful than usual
20th Blackburn Rovers
Bore off and enjoy the summer rather than cash seeking ya crank
Sheffield United will be in a relegation battle next season. A lot of things aren’t right at that club, player confidence will be down because of last season, unstable off the pitch problems, points deductions, no money on transfers.
Leeds won't even get in the top 8 next season there losing most of there players they have to rebuild so no Sheffield utd will go down there in trouble money wise Middlesbrough 1st West brom 2nd Watford play offs
Would not pay to attention to the bookies. Ipswich went up and were constantly told they would fall away and not good enough. Leeds fans are deluded if they think they are a big club. Look how they failed this season just gone. You need a good manager, not necessarily the best players or money.
MattSB, in one of your streams, I mistaken stated that Oxford United would be the 56th club to ever play in the Championship since the rebrand of the 2nd tier of English football. They will be the 57th (to fix my error)
So there you have it Plymouth for the drop seems to be the armchair managers conclusion , my money is going on Argyle to survive , among one of the best run clubs , without pots of loot , but brilliant supporters .
23rd Blackburn Rovers
1Leeds 2 Norwich 3 WBA
Swansea, Plymouth and Portsmouth to get relegated.
Leeds win the league
For promotion to the premier league is Hull City Norwich city and luton town
Cardiff in bottom 3!
Thats a joke, way worse teams than us un the league.
I Hope Leeds United, Middlesbrough and Sunderland go up
Matt, the Sheff Utd prediction could be anything. There'll be a massive re build with loads of players leaving and probably over 10 new signings. They'll be a decent budget but with so many changes it will all depend on the signings and to be honest most of SU's recent signings have been underwhelming to poor. So if anyone predicts bottom half it is feasible. However another factor is there are strong rumours here that an ambitious US based consortium take over of SUFC is close, so the budget could end up being significant. Most Blades I know expect us to either just scrape into the play-offs or just miss out on the play-offs but as this stage without having a clue what our squad will look like it's impossible to predict with any logic where SU could finish.
The owner doesn’t want to spend money. 10 new player and a big budget is very unlikely
13th Bristol City
10th Sheffield Wednesday
We'll make top 10, but top 6 will be a push. We won't finish in top 2.
Keep seeing things about Leeds being in trouble financially.
Can we all take a long Break now before the Euro it won’t be long before the football season start again have a nice summer guy s
4th Middlesbrough
