Devils Canyon! RockJock 4x4 gets to run the invite only trail of a lifetime!

Early fall of 2021 RockJock4x4 received a very exclusive and special invitation. To Run Devils Canyon with the Tierra Del Sol club. It's an experience we will NEVER forget!

How do you apply for a permit? I have a few friends from the Escondido area and would like to run the trail

Probably the best thing to do is contact the Tierra Del Sol club and ask to speak with Mark Davenport ( he is the first gentleman you see speaking in the video ) ...

Why is it invite only do they own the trail?

It has to do with the BLM and the Environmentalists... Due to the fact that this is a natural breeding area for many different wildlife species and a migratory route as well for others, allowing unrestricted access to it, has been deemed as negatively impactful to the trail and the area at large. Hence why it is a permit only invite only trail.
