@@SeaTK610 Why would Washington put in third string? The second string is up and coming. You keep them in so that way they get their reps in. You only take out the first string so that way no one is unnecessarily injured.
Also, Penix first TD pass was never controlled before WR touched out of bounds, ball was moving in his hands. That's 14 of their first 21 points as magic gifts from the refs.
