The rest of the teams above us or just below us are playing with teams full of 4 and 5 star guys, now does that always matter? No but it helps especially in a long season. You will find the occasional sleeper but usually your talent will be what they are, level up or level down. So far the Huskies have leveled up but eventually things even out and maybe the Huskies will level up again next week for the Fightin’ Phil Knights but the trend says that they will be what they are 3 stars with some 4 stars vs. a bunch of 4 and 5 stars finally living up to their potential. The Fightin’ Phil Knights on paper just outman us but regardless win or lose this season will go down as one of the more special ones. I want the CFP but I wouldn’t mind a NY6 bowl either. The Huskies are not going to win against the Ducks in the championship game. The defense gave up a lot of points and yards for any teams they've played with in the last 5 to 6 games. This team needs a new defensive coach.
Can we talk about the playcalling at end thst was extremely questionable. Almost got it picked off like 3 times on the last drive. I'm not sure why they didn't just initially run the ball. If Washington St had better hands they couldve won.
Great season for the Huskies. 12-0! Pretty good for a team that can't rush the passer with their front 4 and a swiss cheese secondary. I just want these 3 and 4 stars to level up one more time next week because they will need to.
That was so amazing. I am so happy that Washington Huskies got the win and made it 12-0. Hope they can beat the Pac-12 Championship and take it away from the Oregon Ducks. It is going to be a tough game for both teams. I hope that the Huskies can beat the Ducks in the Pac-12 Championship. That would be something else.
The Ducks vs Huskies the last PAC12 Championship game. No other rivalry that I want to see to closes out the PAC12. Going with Oregon to win.
What happens with the Teams from the Pac12?Where do they go now?

That would be wrong because 3 of 12 games they had a realistic chance of losing in the 4th quarter.
Also that’s very inane because it’s a coin flip game.
The Huskies have found a way to prevail Vs the Ducks for 2 consecutive seasons.
No sensible reason to say the Ducks are going to bulldoze the Huskies.
@jasoncase9481 Huskies had one score wins in games with possible 4th quarter losses against Washington state, Oregon state, Utah & AZ state. Even Stanford kept up till the final minutes. Remind me what the ducks score was against those opponents? Haha Friday is gonna be fun. Ducks to the playoffs no doubt! Washington has just been surviving while Oregon has been dominating. Even in Seattle we played better than you so good luck on a neutral field because ducks travel better.
Maybe...but the Dawgs are 12 - 0 and the ducks are 11-1. If they played better than the Huskies in Seattle, they'd be 12-0. You same duck fans were squawking when you were ranked 6th last year and we came into your place and shut down your home winning streak. Ahh, so sweet.

Rome just has that clutch gene. It's really not coachable. He makes big plays in big games.
Man, what a game.
I love the cougars!
Penix was praying at the end for sure! 🙏🏿
I don’t get the hate. Alabama only beat a 6-5 Auburn team 27-24 at the last second. It happens in rivalry games.
Rivalry games arent suppose to be close if you're the 4th ranked team in the nation going against an unranked 5-6 team.
When you're playing for state pride you can throw the record books away!
@@MattyUwU69you don’t know college football then
Because, only teams east of the Mississippi are allowed to have a squeaker…everyone knows that.
@@MattyUwU69 I think that’s a double standard. That’s bias man. Really, how big of a difference is there between #4 and #8? A 12-0 team versus an 11-1 team? And Auburn isn’t ranked either. They’re 6-6, and WSU is 5-7. Again, not that different.
Duck fan here, Congrats to the Fuskies for completing the first, last and ONLY undefeated regular season in the Pac-12 era! Now prepare for heartbreak. Can't wait for this Championship Game. The conference deserves to go out this way.
You will prepare for the heartbreak not us.
PAC 10 don’t count?
Congrats on your season as well. And as a UW fan I'll admit, you all have looked a lot better than us since we've played. But nothing but the final score in Vegas will ultimately matter now.
@@philippark3989 Pac-10 is now the Pac-12
We are going to feast on Peking Duck😋 Thanks in advance.
Awesome game. I hope UW does well in the playoffs and WSU builds up from this season.
Jesus Christ!!! That was a back and forth game. They traded interceptions and missed field goals. That was a very entertaining highlight reel!
Okay Ducks it’s now time for that sequel game this time for the PAC12 Championship.
that was a gross ending for the Cougs
Regardless of their record…. The apple cup is always a close game no matter what!!!!!
You haven't been watching the Apple Cup the last 10 years or so? Most of the games were decided by double digits
Washington and Washington state will play each other through the 2028 season
Heisman's trophy candidate just dropped a couple of more pegs. Doubt if he wins now.
Grats Dawgs on a perfect 12-0 season! I hope we get first half of the season Penix against Oregon, second half of the season Penix has been a little shaky.
It’s tough because they go for the long ball so much if it’s not working they stall their offense. Penix throws the deep ball more than a lot of nfl qbs.
Nice job u-dub GO huskies that 4th and 1 call was very interesting.
Can someone answer this question. Why would the huskies play the ducks for the pac twelve title when they are both from the north. Isn’t it the north winner plays the south for the title??
There are no more divisions
That rule was changed before the 2022 season began. Now it is the best two teams by conference record (with a bunch of tiebreakers in case teams tie).
Washington is this years TCU but I think they are even better and could put up a fight with the big dawgs congrats huskies fans on finishing the regular season 12-0
Helluva game
That roughing the passer call spoiled the entire game. Refs just have a way of ruining good games and letting everyone know they're ultimately the ones that decide who wins and who loses.
It was a good call.
It was exactly like the personal foul UW got called for in the first half. Either its consistent or bad referees. I think both calls were lame ( ima Husky fan) but they called it both ways.....For a BILLION dollar entity, you'd think they'd have a full time Ref training program as well as the NFL but greedy f&^ks will be greedy f^%ks.
@@catbreath8361, I saw with my own eyes it was bad. The announcers said it was bad. When Dean Blandino, the former VP of Officiating and current rules analyst for Fox Sports, was asked, he said it was bad. But no, some derpy anonymous nobody on the internet says it was a good call. So I guess that totally changes my opinion.

refs had two bad calls against uw earlier. also the refs almost gave the game to usc a few weeks ago with a terrible roughing the passer against uw but uw won anyways
A terrifying but epic ending - GO DAWGS!
So many games where the Huskies just barely won. I like the Duck's chances next week.
They put their entire season and playoffs hopes on that The 4th down with a minute on the Washington St 3o yards line. Oregon 🦆 would have took huge advantage in the playoffs bracket if Washington had failed. Friday: Duck hunting
oregon got exposed twice by washington. Dan Lanning is a fool
That late in the game calling a roughing the passer on the D linemen from Washington state should be a fine for the ref.
How do you call that?
It was close. I've seen a lot worse not called, but it's forever written in stone.
The “leaping” call on the Cougars’ FG attempt was way worse, and had a more direct impact on the score
It was a great call pal.
wow..great game
It was only a close game because state really came to play.
Best moment, I didn’t see it coming 13-0 Washington#2
WSU played well. People are completely discredited them. They have talent. And rivalry games are tough. Everyone saying Oregon Will run the Huskies. Just like the Huskies were supposed to run the Cougs lol. You never know.

Washington Defense needs to beef it up, if they plan to go further in this championship run. The offense with Penix Jr seems good enough.
it's more than the defense though, offense needs to stop going 3 and out for nearly a half at a time
the defense played better than the offense today... 5 sacks and 2 interceptions...
What was going down with Pennix and the security guard?
Beautiful option play on that late 4th down
Can’t wait for whichever sec team to flatten the boys here lol
I'm not very confident about our upcoming game with Oregon. But we will still get a good Bowl game bid.
Another cardiac finish for the Dawgs but I fear they won’t beat Oregon this time.
Can’t wait for the Huskies to play the Ducks in the PAC 12 championship game which likely will be an epic game.
Games are close because the west coast offense is so hard to defend against. Why every team in the country use the shotgun now. Can' t tell if gonna be a pass or run.
One thing I wanna see Cam Ward do before the combine and pro day is really work on his speed and quickness and trusting it rn I’ll say he’s a 4.6 4.7 guy but if he could run a low 4.5 he’s easily a 2nd round pick with ALL the upside in the world
You must not have watched every Coug game of Cam Ward. He was an absolute horrible decision maker. Us Coug fans will remember him for his fumbles and running around in circles in the backfield before getting sacked. He is not smart enough for the NFL. Thank goodness the Cam Ward experiment is over at WSU.
Watch Cam Ward against Arizona, UCLA, and Stanford lol.

wowo barely got that win! what happened to penix at the end ?
Wondering if Penix has some type of rib injury from the Oregon game. Would make sense why he is off on his throws.
Great game and good win by the Huskies. Looking forward to next week. Should be epic. Go Ducks!

Im going to laugh if Washington and Alabama end up playing. Im fron Alabama and live in Washington now. I would love to see it
Someone help me out. Why was Penix in the cart at the end of the game?
Rome Odunze selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2024 NFL Draft yes pleaseeeee
Hard core Duck fan here with a question, @ 8:43 Penix is seen with his head inside a container then walks out hidden under a coat with management, is he injured? is he emotional? what happened? I hope he is ok, I want my Ducks to face a 110% penix and if we lose I hope the huskies win the national title. What a glorious end to the Pac-12 it would be. My team has never won a national title fyi.
To everyone crying about the bad roughing the passer call, there were questionable calls both ways all game. The “leaping” call on the FG attempt, the intentional grounding call on a “free” play, to name a couple…
Also, it was still going to be 2nd and 4. Not like the no call would have made or broke us. Don't lead with your helmet too. Never a good idea.
Its Pac12 refs.... we all know what we are getting with them.haha
Offsides isn't a free play though. The offense isn't allowed to freely commit penalties just because the other team was offsides. The penalties offset by rule
Said like a stinky Husky. Just the smell of your city is bad enough and then we have to listen to this nonsense.
That kid that jumped to block the kick was so frikin high that he couldn’t stand still. Penix himself was doing a line at the end of the game.
Seattle is a dump and the Huskies are trash.
What about the second WSU "touchdown"? He was juggling the ball!!!
Fitting that the WSU #10 got the roughing penalty after talking trash all game.
Washington winning this game likely knocked out any hope of OSU making the playoffs
The last Pac12 Apple cup..and it came down to the wire in a great game. Sorry Cougs, but its our conference's last chance. Here on out...Go Dawgs
Maybe Marvin Harrison Jr. is better but Odunze has the sauce I love watching him play
Odunze needs a grade point check and a drug test.
The Huskies are not going to win against the Ducks in the championship game. The defense gave up a lot of points and yards for any teams they've played with in the last 5 to 6 games. This team needs a new defensive coach.
the defensive coaches are fine, just need some better safeties, cornerbacks and defensive linemen
Yeah ok
the huskies won by the way LOL
With that, welcome to the Pac 2 era.
Can we talk about the playcalling at end thst was extremely questionable. Almost got it picked off like 3 times on the last drive. I'm not sure why they didn't just initially run the ball. If Washington St had better hands they couldve won.
It was stupid AF. Don't know what DeBoer and Penix were thinking. Even going for it on 4th and 1 was pretty stupid but thankfully it paid off.
Great season for the Huskies. 12-0! Pretty good for a team that can't rush the passer with their front 4 and a swiss cheese secondary. The defensive coach has got his homework cut for the championship playoff. He better get them up to snuff and stop blowing coverages and playing loose zone. Otherwise, they are going to get embarrassed.
Stupidest call by Deboer I have seen in a while. Glad it worked but if it didn't, WSU could have easily kicked a field goal to win. That would have ended the Huskies' undefeated season, resulted in big drops in all the polls. It's okay though, it worked out.
Washington do not deserve to be rank #4 the way they were winning games
When you play Oregon, Arizona, and Oregon State, Utah, USC, there are going to be some close games.
FSU struggled with Boston College, Clemson, and Miami. Michigan struggled with Maryland, not so long ago, Bama struggled with Auburn. It's football and close games are going to happen
Cougs Alumn, but rooting for Oregon to take the Pac 12 title. Hoping for a nail biter next week!
As a Seattlelite, either call University of Washington Huskies or UDub. Washington is more used for WSU. Thanks!
