I was doing a mental gymnastic when you caught Electrode and I immediately realised it's one of the fastest Pokémon you can get. The moveset is ass, but it's pretty fast.

You can get dragon claw, by playing the lottery in goldenrod mart, at the 6th floor, on a specific day. Ferraligatr can learn it, you could have saved a lot of time.

The level scaling did need work but with 16 badges and two regions they didn’t want to force players to over level to progress or even be under leveled either way there was gonna be a group of people upset so they went with what they thought would work I mean trying to manage making 16 gyms a challenge but also not impossible must of been a headache

For the second part you can use Arcanine and Dragonite because they have extreme speed and also you'll have to figure out how to get rid of the hail on mount silver
I have a challenge. It is not as hard has this, but it is simple. Here it is: You can only use The legendary dogs (HM slaves allowed, hack in a legendary dog of your choice for your starter.) You must beat all 16 gyms, beat Red, and(if possible), do the Elite Four & Champion rematch. Also, you can use items in battle, and held items to make the challenge easier. (Unless you want to make it more of a challenge, then no items in battle and held items.)

I remember I had enough to buy 2 Thunderbolts, an Ice Beam and still had enough left to buy a Dratini lmao. in Pokémon heart gold and soul sliver I found a way for you use the daycare without biking up and down so go to Morty's gym after putting your Pokémon who are eve train just hold up on the up button and put something heavy on the up button and just leave it there for about 4-6 days and your Pokémon will be stronger and level up without be up all night.
If you are using an emulator the problem is save states Load your save state then save the game through the menu normally then close desmume and access you save file through the menu

There is one day a year hail isn’t in effect I think. Alternatively um t tar for replacing the hail with sand. Maybe with the choice scarf and earthquake to deal with pikachu.
Being a lighthouse keeper isn’t easy. Often times it is literally one person taking care of the light house all on their own. It’s a lot of work to maintain a lighthouse too. So it’s not that unrealistic that there’s one Ampharos running the lighthouse. Hopefully Amphy is better paid than lighthouse keepers. And at least Amphy’s lighthouse is in a town where Jasmine can visit and in general be around others. Most of the time, lighthouses are someplace where they’re closed off to the main village. Sometimes they’re on a little island so it’s not as simple to go into the main village or town. So you’re on your own. Often months at a time. Sure you’re given supplies. But you’re by yourself

The first problem means you either go in with ONLY Ice Types or have a Pokemon that can instantly set up a weather change with an ability. The second problem means you have to bring Pokemon that have stab super effective moves likely who've been EV trained to give them enough power to one-shot Red's Pokemon. Here's how I went about it. I used Weavile holding a Scope Lens to one-shot crit and outspeed Red's Pikachu. Next up is Charizard and I bring in Tyranitar who is holding a Choice Scarf and outspeeds and one-shots using Rock Slide, and since its Sand Stream overrides the Hail, we take no damage, but now we can't use Weavile anymore. Blastoise is up next and we swap to Magnezone (which is technically impossible to get in Heartgold, but I was playing with the Universal Pokemon Randomizer, which changed impossible evolutions), who one-shots with Choice Specs Thunderbolt and since it's a Steel Type we don't take damage from the sandstorm. Snorlax is up and we send out Tyranitar, who was taught Low Kick by a move tutor because there is no Fighting/Steel, Rock or Ground Type available to us. It DOESN'T OHKO, but luckily Snorlax misses Blizzard due to it not hailing. We get the KO on the next turn. Then Venusaur comes out and we send out Aerodactyl, who finishes it with one Fly. Last is Lapras who Magnezone finishes off and we win. So yeah, I won by pretty much luck... At least I almost had a flawless victory, but that Snorlax is really bulky, if I had a perfect IV Tyranitar, I probably would have one-shot though. Other things - I realize now that Riolu is available, and Lucario is Fighting/Steel, but I don't have the patience to get it through the tedious Safari Zone process. - Why not use Kyogre?: That was my original idea, but I realized that you can't get Kyogre unless you beat Red. I didn't think it was fair since this entire playthrough was a non-damage playthrough. There are no other Pokemon with Drought or Drizzle by normal gameplay. So zwiggo, good chance and luck against Red.
Can you can beat a pokemon game with only one dynasty pokemon? The twist is that you will choose one breedable mon that you will only use. Your mon can die if ya wanna, however the twist is that everytime you have to get a new one of the same species. So basically a dynasty. Also name all of the members of the dynasty like, for example, your first one is 'Rose Zwigg' of the 'Zwigg dynasty', then 'Rose II Zwigg', 'Lily Zwigg', 'Lily II Zwigg, 'Rose III Zwigg'. Also you can only use their bred family so you will lose if your pokemon dies and does not have an heir.
