Try fasting. It’s a cure all.

I just heard about the Bates method and found your channel. Going the diy approach 'cause I'm broke as hell. Something I'm curious about: should I start with my glasses on or no?

For the most part, the Bates Method is practiced without any corrective lenses (glasses or contacts), however you can always incorporate weaker prescription training glasses in your process as you "wean off" your prescription as opposed to "quitting cold turkey". Let me know if you have any other questions, thank you!

Hi, im new to bates method and was wondering if this can be dangerous in any way? also im a -2.75 in the left eye and -3.00 in the right eye. about how long after starting the bates method do i see changes and how long till i dont need glasses to see normally? (i understand that every person is different but if you can give an estimate)

If practiced correctly, there is no danger. The Bates Method is simply a system of relaxation. Would you consider relaxation to be dangerous? I don't think so! I was about -4.00 in both of my eyes, and it took me between 3-4 years to get completely off my prescription glasses and seeing clearly with the naked eye. Stick with it and you'll see results!
