The charger shows kW delivered and the car shows the kW going in to the battery. There are heat losses and the air conditioning is taking power. Thats why output power from charger is higher than the power going in to the pattery. If you have problem starting the charger. Then try to press the connector against the car. When charging starts you can release your hand from the connector. The charging speed is going up because the battery heats up when charging. Warm battery equals high charging speed. Cold battery equals low charging speed.
Seres is a brand name used globally. In China it's Aito. But this particular model Seres 3 is not sold in China. Aito M5, M7, and M9 are sold in China which are basically Seres 5, 7, and 9 outside of China.
