The world will not be the same when we lose John Williams. The music is this scene is amazing. We take music in movies for granted sometimes. But he is amazing. Jaws and jurassic park are my 2 favorite movies and neither would have been as good imo without the music of John Williams.

No I know what youre talking about because I have the 2012 DVD. The 'BOING' sound when the tank explodes in the original was added to the surround mix. While it is welcoming to have that sound back, it doesnt mesh well IMO with the updated sound effects. I just stick with the mono. Its the original and its what I'm use to.

Totally agree. I have seen this film so many times and the first time I saw the remastered version it felt like something was missing.Not to mention taking the edge of what is ( for me anyway) the most exciting scene in cinema.
