Not saying that he is natural, I don't know of course, but... I believe this level to be the maximum lean muscle mass a genetically excellent natural bodybuilder could achieve at low a bodyfat percentage.
Of course, going there will take expert programming, relentless training intensity and an optimal diet that doesn't require any additional supplements.
Basically, doing whatever it takes with champion genetics gets you there.
