I have both and they are great. I totally agree with you blacksmith is more versatile. If I had to pick just one boot then most definitely the blacksmith would be my choice.
Great review! I bought an Iron Ranger but I wish I had bought the Blacksmith instead. The Iron Ranger would be better if the job requires kneeling or kicking things. Blacksmith is good for contractors or engineers who are in and out between the office and the work site
Still so conflicted. I have the 1907 currently. I am definitely leaning more and more towards the blacksmith just because that extra touch of sophistication in the look giving it a bit more versatility. Both are so freaking awesome. Do you have a preference for briar vs the CRT in the blacksmith?
Good video. Another difference is the IR has puritan stitching in the counter/back stay which is theoretically more durable than the double stitching on the heel counter of the BS
Definitely a single tear situation 😢. I did have a pair of rangers stretched to a EE and it worked well for me…crazy timing because I started working on a video about my rangers that I had stretched compared to EE rangers…hope to have it up next week!
