Yes!!! I read that it absorbs better into the skin so started that and it’s 🙌🏾 I actually figured out by accident then researched, after I used a cbd/magnesium body ache butter on a friend and got insanely drowsy 😂
I just started OMAD 3 days ago and already lost 2lbs. Not sure how long I’ll keep going due to my schedule but at the most I wanna do a 4-hour eating window. I’ve been in a plateau since December smh stuck between 211-214 smh. Today I’m 212. I wanna lose 10-15 lbs.
Congrats girrrl! You got it down, almost out the 170s! I feel you on that, 160s are my strong hold. I got back on it though. I think I want to do a fruit fast next week. I been OMAD this whole week and my body feels like it may be a good time to try it. Thanks for the encouragement! 💪🏾🤍
Higher protein with my meals has really helped because protein keeps you full longer. It has a thermogenic effect which helps burn fat in your body. A good balance of protein and carbs and fats really works

Hey girl. The battle with self is real but we just have to dig deep. Did u know u can eat at maintenance or even at a surplus on OMAD? Sometimes I find myself in denial like oh I doing keto or OMAD so I can’t gain weight and almost everything it comes back down to the calories. U will lose weight on the fruit fast because the calories are super low so u are automatically in a bigger deficit. Keep pushing 🎉
I would recommend a protein fast like the egg fast or sardine fast to get your body in ketosis. Jump start the fat burning. You always look amazing though 😊
I use the scale to keep me focused. Loss = happy dance , gain = go back to what worked in the past, for me its lower calories to a bigger deficit.
