Ya- the ctx 3030 cant pass this test @ $2500
do you know if any one has done the test with the minelab exterra 705?...if so did it do ok?

the one i have like yours was air testing at almost a foot cool video :)

Most tested machines have smaller coils as the Minelab CTX3030. Test the CTX with a smaller coil and he well do a grat job in this test. Look at this Video:

It did a great job! But you forgot to do the 4th line on the test board...
I did, I don't have the detector anymore so I cannot do a follow up video.
