Lol this would be a great indoor nightlight for my girls bedroom too
Oh yes! That’s actually a great idea
Seriously I want to stream in this lighting lol
That’s exactly what I was thinking! So cute
Like 6 of them in front of the house will look beautiful 🤩🤩🤩
It's great how your tutorial is on point. From starting to safety to ending. It's not messy. You have this patience in teaching. It's not rushed. The camera loves you!
Thank you so much Niko! 😊
You at 9:27ish - That's great! I love it that you discovered a better way to do something as you were doing it and shared it.
It’s awesome when I discover something better halfway through my build ☺️
Love the leaf rakerupper guy in the back ground!!
Dude…..you’re like a holiday legend!
Thanks Doop!
those are just adorable thank you
You’re the sweetest. I’m grateful every day you’re in my life, bop. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Bot!
You can even use floral pins if you want them to be less visible on the sides
Great tip!
You were right- I found styrofoam blocks immediately on FB marketplace not far from me- yay!!!
So happy you did, that’s where I always go for mine because it’s a hit or miss to get them from tractor supply
When covering the cotton candy with a clear bag, put a nice bow on it. That is a way to make it look as if it is final packaged. Then, there would be no need to take the bag back off, if one did not want to.
The bag suggestion is great for those that dont want to have to mess with taking on and off, you can place bag on the tie with a zip tie and cover with a cute bow over zip tie and it looks like the cotton candy u can buy at holiday festivals
or for the rain also.
Exactly! Love these tips
So beautiful, I want some cotton candy now.
Can’t wait to see the final Christmas decoration display
Hope you enjoyed the big reveal
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY sure did it was amazing good job on everything u made looks great
Bringing Christmas joy in every video
Thanks for all the help you gave
@Isaac Alexander: All I can say is ***WOW!!!*** That last 1 minute of footage in the night was spectacular! Great job buddy.
Thank you so much Clinton, yes it was truly spectacular at night. I appreciate the kind words and for you watching
Absolutely not how I thought you were going to make the cotton candy. This turned out so well. I'm addicted to these videos.

Yay I’m glad you did! Hope you enjoyed !
I second that wow, you are so genius coming up with great ideas, thank you, thank you.
Thank you so much Teresa, I appreciate the kind words
At the begining I was thinking man he has a big yard like mine it's going to suck to rake, then here comes the guy and rake! Yes raking stinks! I love all your projects I just wish I had more time to make them all! Happy Holidays!
Haha we get so many leaves! Haha
Thank you for watching my projects
You make your DIYs look so easy and the end product is SOOOOO CUUUTE!!
Thanks Jonathan, they can definitely be challenging at times as I try to figure out the best and easiest way to do them but my videos aim to make any complicated projects simple and easy for anyone
I decided to take these on this year for a Gingerbread House Christmas theme, and couldn't find the blocks. What I DID find was a big foam cooler on the side of the road! Since it was large, I scaled up to 1-1/2" PVC for the stick, and since I was inserting into a hollow space, bought a 2" coupler as a pass-through for one end of the cooler and a 2" cap to glue inside (so the stick is stationary) and then hot glued the whole thing together. I used 3 strings of 100ct lights and the same spider webbing, Buffalo Snow, and spray paint, will set up with a slightly smaller pvc pipe cut on an angle to hammer into the ground. Thanks for such a great tutorial! :)
I thought they were already beautiful during the day.. but wow, at night they are spectacular!!!😍💙
Thank you! It’s magical
Great Job! Also, job on raking the leaves!!
Love these! Sooo smart to start with the spider webbing to cling and hold and then finishing with the Buffalo snow! I know you talked about covering them with bags when it’s rainy; one year when I made a cotton candy costume I used a crystal clear giant bag and tied it off with a big proportional ribbon and bow and it looked great. I think you could easily bag these in giant crystal clear bags and tie them off with a nice ribbon and bow and keep it bagged instead of exposed if someone lived in a wetter climate.
Awww loved seeing your hubby raking leaves in the background 😂
This is a brilliant idea. Do you have a link to these crystal clear bags?
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY sometimes the Dollar Tree has really big clear ones. I know a lot of people use them to put really big gifts inside them and I've bought a clear gift bags. They have them in medium and large. I love the cotton candy and gingerbread people you made in different video. Would you ever consider making the cotton candy ones and selling them? I'm asking because I was in an accident and I partially paralyzed.
Lol sorry i hadnt read any comments and made same suggestion
I loved them during the day but omg so obsessed with them all lit up at night!! id have to come once during the day and again at night for the full effects!!! so good!!
You should see them in person. 🤴🏻
Sometimes RUclips gets it right! Your channel came up as a "suggestion" from RUclips and I hit the subscribe button right away! Your DIYs are so cool! Thank you!

Looks so realistic YUMMMMM ❤❤❤❤❤

They do look so delicious, don’t they? I’m so happy that you enjoyed and liked my tutorial 🤩
I love it! Super Thanks
For the base, you could use a cardboard box and fill it with the expanding foam to form it into a block.
Congrats , Beautiful ! 👏
The blue is my favorite
Mine too!
Beautiful! I love that you estimate how long it took you to do it.. that is so nice!! Thank you
Omg!! You are amazing! Love all of these ideas!!! 🎄
Thank you so much !
Wow it’s amazing all good things come from above thank you very much. It looks absolutely beautiful 🤩
WoW! Makes you feel like you need to take a bite!
Beautiful!!!! The lighting idea is so cool. Makes me wanna chow down 🤩
Come take a bite!
These came out great!! I can’t wait to see what else you come up with this holiday season! 💙💖
Thank you! Wish y’all could see it in person
Cotton candy here comes in pale blue and pink. l love this it’s so clever.
Thanks!
Another hit! I have three little nieces that will love these. It'll have to be wrapped in plastic and tied like a treat (as I see someone has already mentioned) to survive the snow up here tho 🥶
I’m glad you like it and I hope they really enjoy it if you end up making it. Yes definitely wrap them in plastic
The Dollar Tree bags, typically used on gift baskets, would be perfect to cover these with. The best part is you can use a hair dryer to heat shrink the bag to the shape of whatever you put in it.
Fun project! A great companion to go with your candy canes.
I was thinking about how you could make big Easter eggs like this.
Thank you!
I made large Easter eggs with expanding foam in a large 2 piece mould I found somewhere, couple of years ago so don't quite remember where in Australia, possibly Spotlight.com.au didn't turn out as great as I'd hoped as hard to control and gauge the expansion to keep the mould together and get the correct shape, some turned out elongated, others were only half! I spray painted them with neon paint and the looked great hidden around my front yard, plan to do some more one day!
What a great idea. Thanks for sharing this.
Thanks Matthew, glad you liked it
Your videos are great and inspiring thank you for sharing your talent and detailed clear explanation!

You’re quite welcome
These are awesome!!! Yes!!!!
Thank you!
I love the guy in the background raking leaves. 😂
Haha that’s Olsi. He’s a great leaf raker
So I’m last minute going to attempt this for the xmas decorating contest (gonna check Tractor Supply for that foam block) but my one question is, how necessary is the spiderweb material since the buffalo snow goes on top? Can I skip that or no?
Hello Monika, so sorry for taking so long to reply. RUclips doesn’t always give me notifications when people comment. Not sure if you made yours or not but the purpose of the spiderweb is simply to hold things in place while you work with the snow blanket. I’m pretty sure you could do it without it, for me it was just easier
Beautiful
Thank you Chris!!
we were gonna do a candy land theme but we couldn't order these gum drop shaped chicken waterers from another country because of issues so we decided on candy cane theme instead but wow this just makes me want to do it it even more
hopfully next year
Were you able to make your Candyland this year despite shipping issues?
@@IsaacAlexanderDIY we made a candy cane and stuck to red and white but no gumdrops
You can use the clear gift basket covers from dollar tree. I think they are 2 in pack for a dollar.
Love this tip, thank you!
So awesome and learned so much lights are my jam i so wanna watch more videos but I literally just got all my Halloween packed back up and put into storage and basically swapped it for Christmas For whatever reason reliable help is as hard to find as those styrofoam blocks lol so I have to be able to set up and take down by myself did I mention I’m 5’1 and 130 pounds that’s right “Hercules” “Hercules” lol thankfully I have a 29x22 tent that allows me more time out of the weather lol now if you could just come up with a way for me to get my tent down alone you would be my hero lol I just realized it’s 230am and I’m still outside working on lights lol thanks again brother keep up the good work !!!
Man, this message was the best way to start my morning. Seems like you’re just as passionate about Halloween and Christmas as I am (have you checked out my Halloween videos yet?). Considering that I set up 90% of my displays, I feel your pain. All my Halloween decorations came down Nov 2nd and 50% of them are just in the backyard waiting to be put away in their appropriate storage places lol do you post any pics of your displays online so I can see them?
Olsi ❤️☺️☺️
Great videos with amazing ideas 😍
Thank you so much!
So cute I wanna eat it lol
