This mall is located in the Chicago suburbs like West Dundee & Carpentersville, ngl this mall is my childhood the first mall I ever been to as a kid, and nowadays it’s a dead mall since COVID when everything is starting to close and now and then this month will be even more closed after 43 years since this was constructed in October 1980

Damn this mall is so empty. Remember working there in 2019 and it was packed all the time.

Sad to see malls close their doors here in the US. Since malls, where a lot of peoples lives for work and entertainment. The mall near my college barely has anything left. Besides a movie theater, arcade, and 3 big name stores that are very small.

That sign “Grand Opening” at 2:05 is upsetting to see.
I feel terrible for whoever those tenants are.
