You should try a “Warmies” for Cove!! It is a weighted stuffed animal that you heat in the microwave and it gives off a lavender smell for calming! It has saved us!

I’d definitely offer Cove a comfort item in place of the pacifier. A blankie, a stuffed animal. She no longer has something to soothe her and now she has to just figure it out, which is very difficult, even for adults.
I have a toddler 16 months. She now sleeps with just her little security blanket. It's one of those mini blankets with the animal attached, you can get at any target. It works because she cuddles it and is comforted without the binky. just a suggestion!
Heat up your hair a little with a dryer and then put them in a roll. Also the front part has to be a a lot closer to the root area to give that lift and volume. And heat is a must! Hope this helps! Xoxoxo

It’s actually correct to say age in months until 2. Doctors even do this at doctors offices. Since children grow so much in just one year you have to use their age in months to pinpoint development and milestones accurately. So cute!

I'm so excited that you're having another girl! I have 3 girls (youngest is 5 weeks old) and its lovely to see their bond. Pelvic pain is no joke! I found that it gets worse with each pregnancy and it was so bad with my last one 😫

If the pain is pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor exercises may help. Colleen Ballinger is dealing with it too. Apparently, it feels like someone kicked you between the legs and shattered your pelvis.

I grew up using rollers (my mom taught me) the rollers on top roll flat like you did for volume, but the rollers underneath you should roll sideways so the curls have a little bit more of a spiral yet are still bouncy. Also hairspray the rollers in your hair first before you unroll! Not after, good luck! Once you get them down they’re sooooo easy!

I feel the toddler thing. I have a 20 month old. I'm scared to take binky away at night. She was really low my whole pregnancy. Belly band can help. What was the best was being chest high in lake or a pool. Cool your hot tub down and sit in there.
I feel you on the confusion with your toddler. At the end of the day follow the mama heart, if it makes life so much easier I would continue but it’s all up to you and Parker. Your doing a good job mama!

For your curlers-- I use curlers like this all the time. If you want your curls not to fall out so easy, hair spray an absolute massive amount of hairspray on your hair WHILE your curlers are still in. Also, try and go a little closer to your head with the curlers so your short hair can wrap around a bit more. Congratulations on your little one!

Tip for keeping your eyelashes curled! I’ve had a lot of trouble with keeping the curl in my eyelashes but I found that using waterproof mascara keeps the curl!
Over directing the rollers forward instead of back on the top will make a huge difference! So roll forward instead of back- hope that helps!

We took our little girl to the store and she picked out a stuffed animal to hug and she loves to sleep with it as a soother. Target has some cute small ones that are perfect for little ones instead of "regular" sized stuffed animals that could be large to them if that makes sense haha. The brand she picked out is Manhattan Toy. 💕

From my experience with the hot curlers you need to use smaller pieces and they stay in better! I would have done 2 curlers for the top crown of your head! Hope that helps!!
When you were talking about the baby going in Cove’s room, and you said that you weren’t going to change much of the room, that also kind of gave it away.
I had pelvic pain also! 😓 I just started wearing maternity pants and it did help. You need something to hold the belly a little more.
Use smaller rolls all around your head and then the front pieces on the crown and face framing pieces.

I find that if I use my beauty blender on the CT Blush wands the pigment disappears! If I use a dense brush its SO much more pigmented!!!
I had my 1st baby at 38 weeks and 1 day but I had complications and had to be induced but with my 2nd baby my water broke on it’s own and had him the next day at 38 weeks and 3 days so I’m thinking/hoping I’ll have my 3rd baby at 38 weeks too!
I’m not sure if this will make sense but when u put the curl things do it facing the opposite way. So instead of rolling them tucked under, do it upwards.

my first came at 38+2 but i choose to be induced with my second at 39+1 and then our third came spontaneously (within 4.5hours) at 38+6 ✨ also my babies got smaller as i had them.

I had my first in 35w6d and second 40+4
Cove is about 6weeks older than my first baby boy and he is going through the same thing. He is such a toddler now, figuring out the world and his behaviour is quite challenging lately. I thought it was because I have just had a second baby and he was having a hard time adjusting and I do think it is that but also its just the age and very developmentally normal. Xx

My daughter is 1&1/2 and we took her pacifier away at 10 months right as she was getting her teeth. It wasn’t hard at all. Hopefully baby #2 will be easy like ours was!

Cove has to learn a whole new way to sleep now that she doesn’t have her comfort binky. Sleep training is harder the older they get. She may need a lot more time or a replacement comfort of some kind like a lovey. Wishing you all strength during this hard time. Baby sleep is one of the most challenging things I’ve gone through as a first time mom with my son. Also, it sounds like you are experiencing pelvic girdle pain. I went through that as well during my 2nd and 3rd trimesters. And my guess about the project is that you guys are building a house.
