Gosh. Cove is such a good eater! I wish my girl would eat more stuff. She used to be such a good eater, but now she's 2 and she's in that picky phase. I'm going to try to introduce more foods into her daily routine. Loved this video.
I give my daughter the same vitamins and her doctor said it was fine for her. I also taught her to sign as well. It was so helpful when she couldn’t talk. If you’re looking for a Nutritious dairy free milk I highly recommend hemp milk. I either get the Tempt brand or the Manitoba brand.
I can’t believe how far she has come with using utensils! I’ve never heard of feeding babies actual solid food until i seen you do it! Very neat.
I bought those tortillas because you kept recommending them and they are by far the best from the store. I usually make my own but I haven’t in a while because those are just as good but so much easier to make!
We also signed with our baby/toddler and it’s seriously the best thing!

I've been trying to teach my 2 year old daughter to sign. But my grandparents get so mad about it cause they think she isn't gonna learn her main language which is English but she does well with both.. I see it like this it's great to know sign language and the main language to whatever you speak cause if you ever work in restarts or dealing with the public your gonna run into someone who can't hear and they only know sign language. I did and i didn't know sign language at all so we commentated through paper and pen

Get unsweetened yogurt and sweeten it with a little maple syrup or coconut nectar! 😊
Try the So Delicious Plain Yogurt !! It is wayyyy lower in sugar and it is great !!

Love that you are conscious of sugar intake for cove especially. In packaged foods sugar is literally in everything especially "added sugar". Yogurt especially it's so hard to find yogurt without ALOT of added sugar. I honestly didn't think we humans know what anything really tastes like. The bioengineer crops and do monocultures and breed crops to be resistant to pests. Then for packaged foods everything is loaded with additives so what is it exactly we are eating? Titanium dioxide?

i share the same sentiments with parker about leftovers! i dont like eating leftovers very often and would so very much prefer freshly cooked meals :)
I have a toddler, a little boy, only a month younger than Coco, we do eat fully vegan. Wondering if Coco ever had issues with Iron intake or Iron levels when she goes to the pediatrician for checkups? My little one had issues with it and trying to improve it.
