@@goky2253 I'm so glad they came to central NY, I got to see em live and they are so good!
His voice is emotionally powerful. You can feel every word he sings. Amazing cover!!!
January 3, 2025 and just found this! Why am I crying? Thank you, Frank! Does anyone know if Corey saw this? ❤
4th January 2025 and you're comment just started me off 😢
I think we should all link this cover to Corey on his social page, this needs to be heard by him. I know i loved it! Thank you for this awesome cover!
When I listen to this I’m not 16 anymore I’m now 80 years old and wondering where all the years have gone
Aww. That really made me cry. Im 47. Ageing is not a bad thing, the melancholy is beautiful...
I know this is three years old, but this is my first time hearing this cover and it's beautiful. It really captures the emotions behind the lyrics.
Same. I’m wondering how I missed him for so long.
Omg you made a 41 year old man cry! This was beautiful
So I see the RUclips algorithm has decided to send me a gift again. This is golden, mr. Watkinson. Subscribed.
Jesus Christ this is hauntingly beautiful. I could honestly see this in a movie or tv show during a really somber scene
I 100% agree with you here. This is great stuff
Could easily picture this coming up in an episode of sons of anarchy or breaking bad or something
I stopped playing guitar 7 years ago. Now i need restart after watch this video.
When I skip studying, videos like these that appear on my home page make my day better and calm me down.
I'd be honored to have a song of mine played by a guy this age. This represents a lot. Slipknot guys should be proud.

The dog in the background is just like "it's melancholy nap time."
It’s true 😊
i don't see the dog haha
@@jritty534 you gotta watch the whole thing ;)
@@soundingtheskies my bad I didn't get there kept getting distracted
that´s not melancholy... that´s hard core depression
I know I'm over a year late to the party, but I support this so much. I love to see an older person look into Slipknot and find this absolutely heart wrenching song, and on top of it adapt it to their own style. I can still hear the emotion in your vocals, much like Corey's, and I love how the vocals are unique in comparison.
Great!
I’m with ya, if only my friends knew I sometimes cry at 3am to music like this haha
You're not the only one. :)
@@mypud4068 don't we all? just has to get it out of the system occasionally
@@mypud4068 your not the only one
I was trying to say that but don't know how to express it because of my english. I agree!!! Thank you!!
O senhor é sensacional! Um grande artista!
Anyone who disliked this has no clue what this man pulled of this is incredible
Trueeee
Exactly slipknot surprised everyone with this song the other only tru softer track is vermilion pt2
Not everyone is going to like the same music as you. Grow up kiddo and learn to except that fact and get over it.
@@chaseviking5096 we get it you listen to trash music
@@GettnHandzie I listen to real music and I don't get pissy like you little snowflakes when people don't like the same shot as me. Its clear you kids need to grow the fuck up.
Jesus Christ, can't see this without crying, this is probably the best version of this song ever heard
Same.. it's the very BEST cover of snuff i managed to find on youtube.. it's so profound and genuine.
Monika Hove cover
Hey. Jesus here. Let it out man ;)
Listen to it at 0.75x speed
This is brilliant, Frank. As someone who loves the original song, this cover is equally moving. Thank you.
You, Sir, have done the best cover of this song i have ever heard. Thank you so much! I hope you are doing well!
This man gave his own color to the song, what a great cover
Agreed. I loved it he gave it almost like a Johnny Cash feel
Can we get Corey Taylor to take notice of this... because holy fuck... its beautiful
I bet he would love it
Tag him on twitter with it. Or instagram
Tweet it to him, I am hopefully enough people will share this Corey will see it
Beautiful in deed
Not even two chords and I’m crying. Such an honestly written song. How it’s Sung by such a old and honest voice to me brought a new light to this song. I feel like he greatly related to Snuff. It made it all the more heartfelt.
RUclips recommended me this video. I'm in shock. Such a heartbreaking performance. You just made me cry, and I was not ready for that at all. Thank you for the emotion you gave me. You are truly an amazing and talented man ❤
I hug you across the world!
