    Sometimes l just pull hard without any form tech, just a big breath and a hard pull, but that's probably cheating since l have been lifting for quite some time, l learned this while doing heavy labor for many years, boring but it works........

    The first mistake was calling this a deadlift and not sumo.

    Sumo should not compared to the deadlift. They are two radically different lifts.
