There was a comment on a "different channel" that artists, after they release a new song, must have nightmares that Pentatonix will cover it. They way I interpret that is whoever said that agrees with you. So do I. When PTX covers a song, it's just that much better.
When PTX covers a song, it has the potential of being that much better, yes. Although everyone might not agree, there is a chance, yes. Pentaholics will, of course, agree.
I honestly can't name a single song that PTX has covered that I DON'T like their cover better than the original.
@@SilverFlame819 Yeah, I know. I much as love, say the original Sound of Silence. PTX surpassed it. And, I love their original songs. Cracked and Happy Now seem to be my two favorite...at the moment.
Imagine being a musician and you see PTX upgrading all these songs. You either A) quit music now before they take your music and make it 1000f better thanbyou ever could have imagined, B) accept it'll happen and get ahead of it by inviting them to collab in the hope they'll leave all your other stuff alone. Lol.
Do you have any idea how much breath control it takes to hit low notes that long. AVI is legitimately concentrating to be able to hit that note that long. It takes so much more air to hit and hold any low notes especially if they are sustained. And he doesn't have anyone else to help him hit and sustain and stagger their breathing so he's got to do it all himself. Avi does this maybe better than anyone else.

I so wish I could be a Patreon to help support you, especially to see your other PTX videos but we were homeless for a month from October to November and are only living in a new apartment because someone is paying our rent but that will end before we know it. Can you please check out VoicePlay? They are so good. I love PTX, but in my opinion VoicePlay is even better. They go all out with their videos and the arrangements are crazy. And their bass has an insane range! Honestly just pick any of their videos, you can't go wrong with them.

When Avi is concentrating he is focusing on keeping the pitch. It is REALLY hard to keep such a long held note pitch perfect.

I love it when Avi & Kevin are sitting upfront as you can see how much work they do ...although in this song they are having way too much fun lol. The trio are brilliant but it is a 5 piece group and the awesome transitions and rhythm that get you tapping your feet are due to the magic of Avi & Kevin....imho
