    There is one universal gesture that works with all cars. Simply raise your fist, then extend your middle finger. Very effective for notifying other drivers of your concern for bad driving.
    Example: 🖕

    Looks cool but wouldn't it be easier to simply use a scroll wheel to adjust volumes and change tracks? Most newer cars have buttons on the wheel and close to the gear selector. What advantage would this have?

    It is just easier, quicker and safer to just use the controls on the steering wheel than it is to wave your arms around at the car.

    • @59thfsaviation79
      @59thfsaviation79 2 года назад +1

      If you're waving your arms around the car, then you have way bigger issues. This is done by hands and by fingers. Not all controls are on the wheel either.

    • @dominokoolfm
      @dominokoolfm 2 года назад

      @@59thfsaviation79 you need to learn to read. I said "waving your hands AT the car" and I stand by that..

      @@dominokoolfm And you need to read the owners manual. At no point is waving "hands" required. I use my finger in mine. I read it correctly. You said hands, and that's completely wrong.

    • @dominokoolfm
      @dominokoolfm 2 года назад +4

      Ok well you can sit here and argue about hands and fingers... Its fine but like I said, faffing about with this stuff is way easier using the wheel and voice activation but you keep telling yourself the gestures are easier... Especially when they don't always work or pick up a stray hand movement

    One of the worst features on my x6. Makes my blood absolutely boil every time. Imagine scratching your face and the music just stops. Then having to wave your hand like a clown to raise volume. Then going to far so you wave it clockwise. Then put your hand down and the music stops again

      Saquib Inamdar no I'm not. Nobody is more intelligent than AI, eventually it will rule the world. I have an X5 n at the moment the sensors are not that sensitive. If you want to increase the volume of your music you circle your finger clockwise and it will either turn it too loud or nothing. The volume button on the radio is much better, plus there's another control on the steering so how many controls do you actually need?
