Huh, my version of the town is a bit different. Mine has two more fishing lakes in the same neighbourhood of the cemetery/chapel. They basically straddle the park/small lake you have. There are also two unfurnished brownstone residential buildings and one community lot with nectar makers next to the junkyard. I don't have all EPs, only Ambition, Generation, University Life, and Late Night. Because of this, all the Showtime stages are missing from my game, I convert them into arcade buildings and comic book stores. The animal parks are also just normal parks in my game. So all in all, I find it very curious that I don't have all the EPs, but somehow my St Claire has more lots...
I only have a laptop so I think this world would lag for me. I like your overviews of bigger worlds however because I like to look even if I can't play them. It has some very nice, thoughtful builds.
This is a dated version of the world as I see some missing lots. The last version Awesim did had the Seasons pack update along with a save to go with it

There are some different save files for Hylewood, there’s also a bigger version of Hylewood available. I’ve also looked at some worlds that reminded me of Hylewood such as Acorn Meadows, Flussland, Butterfly Acres, and Lighthouse Island. They gave me fall vibes!! Thank you so much for watching!! 😎💯
