Cute house, kinda seems realistic for a cheap house, love the minimal landscaping.

Cj maybe a suggestion. Have your Sims move to Sunset Valley a sweet Base game world and all you really need to do is get rid of what you dont like and set somethings up for them to do .

I loved what you did there! In my save, I put the police department in the city hall and turned this building into the gym.
