    That bass at 3:15. Almost makes me wish I could listen to all metal songs with only bass guitar and drums

    The fact that just did this with just one foot amazes me. I know this isnt the hardest song to play on drums but it isn't that easy either

      I think that's because of a lack light effects or scene effect stuff... you know like fire or smth... somehow it pumps up crowd with POWWEEEER

      That's because there are seats at that venue- there is no open floor. I have been there before.

      trust me, it is quite easy :D i've tried it on my own :D

      from one drummer to another it might be 'easy' to do once of twice, but to do it through the whole song with 5-10 more songs in a set is quite impressive, since it is an easy way to fatigue one foot before the other and end up with sloppy double kick, which he clearly doesnt

      +Josh Scott yeah! Shure about it! Good stamina and technique

      +Gnarl Sagan lots of drummers of woundnt handle to do it on single pedal. Not easy to maintain on the chorus. i realize that Justin dont overplay like others metalcore drummers just because he preferer to "overplay" on little parts. He is very solid and groovy

    And why in the hell didn’t Zildjian use the audio from Venue’s soundboard?? To me, it sounds like they used Overhead mics or just a camera mic. Sounds horrible and that’s not what was being sent to the speakers on stage.

      In an interview he said they were some ancient Yamaha pedals. Like, can't get parts for em any more ancient. But, that was a while ago.

    His snare is so low and it looks like he sits with a forward tilt... That doesn’t look like a comfortable way to play at all..... Whatever works for him tho I guess...

    • @retrogore420
      @retrogore420 7 лет назад +2

      Ya I thought that too. Especially that snare. Maybe it's easier to get power to hit the head for him live? Who knows. The dude obviously knows what he's doing though. His technique is so solid.

    • @chilliam00
      @chilliam00 7 лет назад

      @Alex King It's a metalcore thing. A lot of there drum sets have everything low, especially there snares. Flat and low.
