here's a nightstand made of 15mm MDF and white oak legs with splined miter joints.
To give the paint job a nice structure, I developed this technique. It also looks great where I applied it in bathrooms and on kitchen walls (as an alternative to tiles).
I apply the first coat of regular acrylic paint with the paint roller.
When the first coat is almost dried, I use a japan spatula without water to make same structure.
In the next step I spatulate paint over the first coat for a smooth surface.
Directly after I use same water and the japan spatula for a nice finish.
It's very importand to use a sharp edged japan spatula with rounded corners and without any inperfections.

I thought so during the spraycan storage. During this video at 6.20 I knew for sure.

Again, amazing work! Thank you for sharing :) You should also consider sharing this in reddit's r/diy, I believe the folks there will appreciate your work too.
    I got some questions btw.
    1) What is your design process? Do you make a detailed design in advance, or do you work from an idea and you just see where things go?
    2) Where did you learn the skills?
    3) Do you do this for a living?

love your work mate only found you yesterday and have watched almost all your builds . I am a shipwright by trade originally over many yrs of various trade jobs I have most of the same skills as you have. I'm building an anvil and forge at the moment. I have a tip for you as far as removing your sliding clamps quickly. just hold the top and give the end of the handle clamp next to the shaft a tap with your hammer . very quick. you can also tighten them like this by tapping them up.. the other thing. is. what is the surface of your work bench made from? I thought it looked like compressed ac sheet but i noticed you can screw into it.
