Heal up quickly Josh, at least for Tamara’s sake! Was nice seeing you both on Rise Grenada….what an amazing day of love and support for the affected islands. Cheers you two 🤗
Yeah, it was a pretty awesome day to see all that put together and the support was amazing. It's hard to put into words how bad things are for those people and it really didn't seem to make the news anywhere. We feel super grateful we made it back in time to prep Honu and we fared as well as we did here. The shoulders are coming around, it's a slog... sleeping sucks... Anyway, onward and upward! Cheers!
Don’t know if you have dislocated your shoulder before. But it’s a serious injury, make sure you get to a doctor as soon as possible. You can have other problems when you relocate your shoulder. It seems you have done this before,if you put them back in so easily. Still need an x-ray to make sure you have not pinched any thing that should not be. Best of luck with that.
Thanks Matt, yeah, it's not anything taken lightly, the one shoulder has been out before and that's why I think it went back in on its own, the other one is a new thing. Having both injured at the same time has its challenges, we have seen a few docs and so far, it's all healing slowly as they should. Thanks for the comments and warm wishes. Cheers!
Loved the video and all the aspects of the wind when sailing, sorry to hear of Josh's accident they can happen so easily especially on a boat, hoping you both manage to get through it and wishing you safe travels 😰👍👍🇳🇿

Thanks its all getting better. Not fun at all, doing 1 shoulder sucks, 2 ... definitely don't recommend it.
Man, what a crappy thing to have happen. Hope you're better now!
Getting there, its been a long recovery, not fun at all.
