  • In this episode, I install the new electrical components in the 3800, and finally get a first start! Next time, we'll be rigging a temporary fuel tank so that we can keep the truck idling.

    So happy it runs! Runs so nice aswell like you said. I like the rusty look of it really. Keep up the work and I always look forward to the next update.

      Alex! So thrilled to hear you like it. The patina is certainly charming, but I think it may be too far gone, plus with all the body work it needs it might look mismatched. I was thinking a dark blue exterior with black accents. That's the forerunner as of now. Thanks for tuning in, your support means a lot to me.

      @@Explorer-pj1nx Sounds like a really good color match with the blue and black. Im in a bit of a winter slumber on my projects as I have nowhere inside, so will just watch your chevy adventure for now :)

      @@Explorer-pj1nx I have a Citroen 2CV that Im working on getting road legal. I also have my daily driver Volvo 240 from 93 that needs work now and then.

      That's awesome, those Citroens are hard to find! I had a buddy that had a 240, thing was reliable as anything, think he sold it with 240k, not because anything was wrong he just wanted something new. Are you in new england?
