Great first impression on new Terre d Hermes Eau Givree bro, I try out at blommdales store on my skin. The next day I order a 100ml bottle , It smell so fresh with lemon on my skin and Ice cool vibe on my skin too. This is going be great spring and summer Fragrances for 2022. This fragrance will be on my Top 5 fragrances to wear in 2022. great video bro be safe .
Good on you for doing your homework (regarding the discontinuation of Eau Tres Fraiche)! I tried this one yesterday at Nordstroms and was really impressed. It has decent staying power for a freshie, and the dry-down has references to TdH without compromising the light character. I was never a big fan of ETF; the fresh opening followed by the dark and stormy TdH drydown just seemed too abrupt and schizophrenic. Givree is definitely on my "buy" list.
Tell me please, what do you think does it worth to purchase for summer: D&G - Light Blue Summer vibes, and Terre d'Hermes Eau Givree? whether they perform well? Which is better one. Thank you ❤
Thanks for the video. I'm now not that upset that my fave fragrance is discontinued as i believe Eau Givree can replace Eau Tres Fraiche Hope there will be discounts on the scents soon (imho Eau Givree is a bit pricey)
@@dorf2070 This fragrance can be dressed up for occasions such as a daytime wedding in a warm, beachside setting. However, for truly formal events, its elder sibling, Terre d'Hermès EDT, is far better suited.
I put it on yesterday. I enjoyed it for the first hour but got tired of the smell after that. For me, just not what I want to smell on myself all day. I've been trying Prada L'Homme L'Eau lately and enjoy it immensely.
@@mohdfahimabdrahman I tried to smell YSL Y Edp on a tester strip, it smells very bland at the opening, almost can't smell anything sweet, more towards a bland ADG feeling. However for Odyssey Mega, i get an instant blast of the citrus especially the pineapple note. Not sure if it is my own issue with my sense of smell...
6:40 more like IFRA has done another cull, this time on lilial, and Eau Fraiche contained it. Expect many other loved fragrances with this ingredient to be heavily reformulated or discontinued, such as Nautica Voyage. Thanks IFRA.
Not linalool (which is an ingredient in 90+ percent of fragrances), but lillial. According to the scientists it is a bit more than a rash with a few sensitive people. The inci website says: “Butylphenyl Methylpropional: a common fragrance ingredient that has a nice floral scent and also goes by the name Lilial. It is a known fragrance allergen and as of 1st of March 2022, it has been banned in the EU due to animal studies showing a possible link to infertility (in rats - so no need to panic even if you used a product before with Butylphenyl Methylpropional).” Although I understand the IFRA hate, but it is, as I said, not because three hyper sensitive weasels mailed a complaint to the IFRA HQ in Geneva…
@TheLich17 The do it for potential health and safety reasons, based out of Europe where they tend to be very strict about it. To what degree its overkill no one knows. Fragrance enthusiasts will downplay it because they want more possible smells. Defenders will say that making fragrances safer is a worth while tradeoff vs. merely having more scent variety.
So it seems to be back in stock over the past few months. I got me a bottle and love the scent, definitely oud wood vibes but definitely not a clone. The only problem is the performance isn't great at all ... I suspect it has been reformulated for 2022
@RodrigoRodriguez unfortunately smells can be very subjective. I don't think it smells artificial. The opening is very very citrusy... But it does smell very natural to me. And anyway... That citrus opening dies down within a hour for me and the scent really settles
Was really looking forward to this and blind bought as there were so many positive reviews and comments all over the place, and that'll be the last time I do that. This one was incredibly disappointing. It barely projects and fades pretty damn quick for a parfum..
I have both eau fraich and the new eau givree and honestly, I have no idea how can you even compare them side by side, saying that one can replace the other..
@@MrErnestangelo personally I prefer the eau fraiche . The new one is great also, but it’s very fruity and citrusy, reminds me a bit of a fruit ice cream or a popsicle :) It’s also feels like a much better version of dolce & Gabbana “Italian love” or “forever”. Don’t get me wrong - the eau givree is great, but I don’t think it’s similar to the eau fraiche in any way, but that’s only my opinion..
Got it yesterday and I’m somewhat puzzled about it. Really nice opening, somewhat of the terre d’hermes dna, but it gives me a grandpa vibe. Like it remains me of something from way back in the day, which really distracts me. Anybody else have this experience?
Tried it today and did not like it at all unfortunately. All I got was an overwhelming grapefruit's bitter rind smell that lasted throughout the lifetime of the fragrance combined with that strange green smell that one can get from grinding lime leaves. If you are a fan of such notes, then you would like this.
ETF is fresh and citrusy but bitter, brash and more mature. Im afraid Givree takes elements of ETF but in the vain of making it more mass appealing, lost its uniqueness even it it does smell more agreeable upon first and second sniffs. The dry down of the ETF was really nice, masculine AND the performance was something to be happy with.
I am not able to choose between the : L’envol Cartier edp, Armani stronger with u intensely, saint Laurent le Parfum , saint Laurent edp ,Dior homme intense , l’homme electrique and Armani code for a summer fragrance that is also projecting well , Any ideas?
I wouldn't say any of those are good summer fragrances, too sweet and cloying at high heat. Unless you mean for night use, then it depends what you like.
I agree, none of those are great in summer. Out of those the Y EDP is the best projecting but it’s so sweet you can’t do more than 2-3 sprays in the high heat. L’ Homme Bleu Electrique is the best smelling but it doesn’t perform well at all, doesn’t last long but it is a compliment monster. That might be your best bet if you get a big bottle and use 6-8 sprays.
Versace Pour Homme or Chanel Allure Homme Sport might be better for you for summer. I always get compliments on the Versace. Another one that’s good for summer that is cheap and overlooked is Blue Seduction by Antonio Banderas. You can get a big 6oz bottle for only $60-$70.
These are really sweet and will get worse in the heat, the best is probably Y EDP but you have to control how much you spray during the hot days But if it’s for like maybe a night or office scent maybe Y EDP and maybe Le parfum Otherwise maybe try the newer summer releases they are have great longevity and project pretty well
No it's not! It's full bull by all aspects! No juniper, no longevity, no projection! Just an European fragrance directives allowed ingredients left! Compare a product always with the product released at least decade ago! IF the parameters equals, them pls. make an judgements!

I bought this one on Saturday I love it last all day , still can smelled it on my T-shirt on sunday. Great release from Hermes

Very nice and honest review.
Keep it going!
Not sure why, but this is one of my favorite reviews you’ve done! Great job and can’t wait to get my nose on this!
Hermes usually never disappoints. Might wait till my Eau Tres Frache is gone before I grab this one.

Amazing review. This is a no brainer. My favorite perfum is profondo and I was looking for a summer fragrance. Thank you!
I also love terre dhermes edt.
Great first impressions video and I enjoyed it and can you do a full review when you test it out and have a blessed day
Rock this all year
Great video indeed 🙌🏼✨️✨️✨️
Love the video bro stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
Received a sample of it last week when I bought Italian love(which I liked a lot)... but damn I should have gone for Givrée.
😋 yummy
How do u compare it to chanel edp, which one seem better, smell, longevity and projection.?
I just ordered a bottle! 👍🏼

Fun fact, the way you pronounced "très" means "thirteen", "très" is normally pronounced like "tré", it means very.
First let’s hope he learns how to pronounce Ralph Lauren
Dallas thanks again as always what would you recommend for a wedding in September in Las Vegas
Another banger!!! Keep it up man.

Hi, can you do a review of Armaf Odyssey Mega? It is supposed to be similar to YSL Y Edp, would like to hear your review.
Hi. I just used it for 2 weeks. Would say 95 percent similar to Y EDP. Longevity around 6 to 8 hours. I overspray and it can last slightly longer

Not sure if it is my own issue with my sense of smell...
I heard Prada lunna rossa black is about to be discontinued, is that true?
Really
I’m not sure, I’ll have to look into it
So what should I do with my 2 full bottles of Eau très fraiche? Get rid of them?
So the performance& longevity ?
My birthday coming up soon.
This fragrance or channel allue sport
definitely channel Allure Sport, no comparison at all.
Wrong - Chanel Eau Extreme is overrated
Thus Hermes is much better and I have them both - Much better for the summer
