    Talk about the RUclips rabbit hole! I live on the outskirts of Washignton DC and I plan to move when my son goes off to college however, It will be South not North! HaHa.. I say that because I'm not sure how I found this video, but I enjoyed it! You have very honest and relaxing tone to the way you speak, so I decided to learn some realestate information about Detriot! I have only been to Michigan once and my wife and I visited Bronners Christmas Store and that town which was beautiful! Although I do not have plans on relocating up that way, I do have a surprising amount of viewers on my channel that live in and around MI, so like to give your page a shout out, hopefully help you and your office out! Thanks for the video and the new knowledge of Detriot!

      I appreciate you watching and the kind words! I don’t blame you wanting to head south, pretty cold here about now! The Bronners Christmas store in Frankenmuth, my kids enjoy that place!

    Auto insurance will be expensive. Recommend not having an expensive vehicle to defray some of the cost.

      You're not finding an affordable home in Birmingham...

    • @editorcj
      @editorcj 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@jbmoney357 the affordable housing would be in Ferndale, Clawson, Oak Park, Hazel Park or Madison Heights. If you are in the upper end of the price range, Birmingham, Huntington Woods or Bloomfield would be your choices.

    From ‘97 till 06 I lived in metro Detroit, I LOVED it . Of course I lived in good neighborhoods but I hung out all over Detroit and never had any trouble. I had friends from all walks of life around there, It was just a pleasant existence …. NOW TODAY ? After Republicans handed out $3600 hundred to each resident to buy guns you couldn’t bury me there.

    One of the top worst states in usa ( Michigan) Detroit is not even a good city. Especially for young people. And people who looking for jobs as well. 👎👎

      @@LivinginDetroitMi yes sir been living in Michigan for 15 years and im trying to move out once i get money,, i live more north Michigan where there is only farms and country side but i been applying in Detroit, no jobs, im young blood graduated from uofm with 2 degrees but i don’t see no appreciation here in Michigan. You have to know somebody to get into jobs thats the problem its all favoritism down here in Michigan and Midwest states over all are the same.

      Sorry to hear that, I certainly wish you the best of luck! I’m also from northern MI all the way in the U.P., been down here for 8 years now. You’re not alone in trying to find some solid work, that’s fairly common nationwide depending on the occupation.
