I experienced hair loss from creatine 100%, I was taking way too much a couple of years back and hair started shedding like crazy. I had no idea what it was, I tried eliminating many items and supplements from my diet. Finally I determined it was the creatine, I stopped for several months and my hair recovered. I am now taking a very mild dose again (around 3grams per day) and my hair is fine. When I increase the dose I see hair starting to fall and look weak again, I stop taking it and after a few weeks hair starts looking healthy again. This may not be the same for everyone but I can clearly see creatine effecting the health of my hair.

Great info! Thank goodness for your findings. Creatine is really good for you, blow drying is REALLY helpful to be able to do when you're in a hurry ( and have long hair), and I love wearing caps while outside... Thanks, Trav!

i see a lot of hair loss in the shower recently but I only noticed it around october this year and I read somewhere that hair loss is way more common in autumn/winter than it is in spring/summer, hope this is true haha

There might be truth to that. I've heard that UV light on hair is good for it, and in the dark months you don't get as much. But what do I know?

Hi! Can you make a new recent video talking about confidence in long haired men and how to overcome all of the stereotypes in the society ? I have almost elbow length hair as a man but I’m struggling to wear it down in public, specially in front of women

My hair started falling out like crazy a few months after I contracted COVID in 2020. I was able to "save" it from getting worse by taking Minoxidil every day. Now I'm scared to stop using it, because I think it'll never come back.

I just caught up on a bunch of vids but didn’t really see you mention rosemary oil. Is it worth adding into a routine? I’ve heard mixed reviews about it but was curious about your thoughts
(Currently taking finasteride, changed shampoo/hair care products, and considering starting minoxidil also)

I think taking vitamins like zinc, d and e is a scientific way that supports finasteride.

That was a thought of mine. Every time I see people who like to wear caps. They tend to gain receding hair line or they are just bald. They wear it frequently and then it starts to go. The hair that is.
Edit: I just Google that. It may if the cap is tight. If it is constantly used and the cap is tight. The yanking and pulling or rub scraping might do. I knew it did. Also that lack of oxygen is can cause it and also excessive sweat will help damage. So the sweat band area that sometime stink. That area will be your doom.
