Black Cat Blackie Is Showing Big Boy Some Love!

- On this beautifully sunny day black cats Blackie and Big Boy were showing each other some love on the deck. Blackie was standing in the rock garden while enjoying some catnip before walking through the tall grass in front of the evergreen bushes. She walked past the bird feeders and continued walking all the way around the bushes to the big tree. She then jumped up through the railing on the deck and landed right in front of her boyfriend Big Boy who was laying down on the deck in the shade. She greeted Big Boy with a nice head bump and a few licks on his head showing him some love and affection. She then walked a few steps away and scratched at the deck before walking towards her dry cat food but she wasn’t hungry so she turned and got a drink of water from her favorite red water bowl. After a few licks of water she walked back over to Big Boy and continued to show him some love. She tried to play with him but he was more interested in taking a catnap. So Blackie got up and scratched at the deck again and then walked towards me. I reached out to pet her but she quickly turned away because she was acting all tricky. She then walked back over to Big Boy and gave him a couple more licks on his head and ear. These two cats have an amazing relationship. They both really love each other so much. @@danielledavis1115 Hi Danielle! They really do love each other so much. Blackie has had other boyfriends in the past but they never stuck around. It makes me so happy knowing that these two actually have a real relationship!

@@MaryM-xz5fs Hi Mary! Blackie is about 6 years old and Big Boy showed up here about two years ago. My guess is he’s probably around the same age as her but being a stray cat I don’t know for sure. 🖤🖤
