AMUSEMENT PARK FRITTERS Easy Recipe
Funfair fritters are maxi leavened pancakes, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, typical of village festivals and amusement parks from which they take their name. Delicious fried sweets, prepared with a few simple ingredients, these pancakes will be snapped up and the kids will love them. My advice for cooking pancakes at best is to do the toothpick test: to see if the oil is hot, dip a wooden toothpick in the oil, when many bubbles form around the latter, the oil will have reached the perfect temperature which is around 170°. 1 sachet (7gr) of dehydrated brewer's yeast
50 g of sugar
300 ml of warm milk
50 g of sunflower seed oil

Bun giorno sig. Benedetta! Io apprezzo moltissimo le sue ricette, mi piace tanto di fare quello che fa vedere (non tutto) , perché lei e molto semplice nell scegliere i prodotti. Vedo li altri che chiedono...olio di quello...farina di quella ...etc,etc , ti complica la vita. Per fare qualche cosa , ti metti le mani in testa e non hai più voglia di fare ...proprio niente !!!
