- Enjoy this unboxing video for my new Jackson USA Kelly KE2 Purple that I got off-ebay. It's from 2009, plays perfectly. Once you lock the nut, the tuning will remain regardless of how many holocausts happen. The feeling in the neck is amazing, it feels so solid you can confidently play in stadiums night after night. This is an amazing guitar and I hope to have it for a long time.

If I was you...after opening the case for the first time I would stay there and just cry. It has been 23 years of waiting and finally I am getting one.
congrats on your new Ke2 !I hear you man.. the moment you open the case it is amazing, the smell, the look... it feels so solid. I had to take it out to feel it, grab it. also had to set it up in E standard, so I had to mess with it rather soon in order to be able to strum somthing lol

yes indeed it is gorgeous, I can't stop looking at it. I have it outside the case all day, on the bed, next to my desk, etc etc its a workhose!

Thank you! Fender Bassbreaker 15 tube amp. Yep, the amp is responsible a lot for the tone.

@@guitarzarfun I beleive a put a metal zone through the mid gain channel of the fender bassbreaker. The metal zone cutting high freqs , and boosting bass. The amp with lots of mids (6 or 7) and treble (6) while keeping the bass down (4 or 5). something like that if I recall correctly

@@gainonten4031 thanks for the info. Ive heard a lot about neck dive with the Kelly's, but most are just moving the strap button and problem solved. Glad the strap works for you. Nothing like the first time your hand grabs the neck of a USA jackson. I've done it only three times in my life. I also moved my volume knob on all of them. Thats the only bad design on the USA models.🤟👍🍻
@@rickfennell7849 check the strap-button location of the Kelly X. it is a little different.
